I signed up Saturday made a few deposit and then won £1500 so I withdrew it same day. Sunday morning I’ve been asked for ID no issues I send it straight away. And haven’t heard anything back and my withdrawal is still pending. I’ve been on live chat asking what’s going on. No one seems to know. It’s quite concerning as any other gambling sites have no issues. Only seems to be yours? I would love for someone to get In contact with me to resolves this matter!

Stay away from this - it’s a scam betting site and if you win your bonus don’t deposit another penny one guy Simon tried to tell me I had to withdraw a further £180 to match what won on the bonus in order for the bonus to be withdrawrable but if I lost that bet single bet (yes he said it had to be a single bet) then I would not get the bonus.
Then he cut me off and the next agent Gil said he didn’t say that but I have a screenshot,

Been trying to log in for over a month now for them to say there’s no issue. There clearly is because when I try to reset password I’m not receiving the email with the link or 4 digit code that I need in order to reset password… spoke to live chat 2 or 3 times and they say they’ve sent an email but still not received anything

Wouldn’t even bother been waiting weeks now for my money to arrive had to do all sort of verifications and failed? Asked for a screenshot gave them a screenshot then got declined gave them my pdf version declined ? Wouldn’t even waste your time

As you can see from all the other shocking reviews this website is simply a scam. Im a new customer, done a withdrawal, all ID provided etc and withdrawal has been pending for 5 days with no email response. AVOID. I’ll be taking this further

Been playing for a few weeks no issues at all. Just strange that when you withdraw you have to sometimes wait 1 business day. Sometimes on the same day. These days companies pay out instantly or with in 2 hours. Had two withdrawals for 500 today. Shame it wont come in on the same day like other sites. I will put down 5 stars 🌟 if im wrong. Not a bad company at all

An absolutely disgusting betting site. I opened an account a few days ago and deposited £100. I had a few wins and tried to withdraw £800. Received confirmation that it would be paid within 1 day. Uploaded all my ID and bank details. They are now claiming I entered false details to circumvent the initial registration as I had a closed account on a sister site (no details given of course). All total bs and I have raised a complaint and will be going to UK Gambling Commission after that. A truly awful experience with scammers. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - THEY ARE WELL VERSED IN DOING OVER NEW CUSTOMERS. COMPLETE SCUMBAGS.

First of all make sure you do not play at any of their websites MogoBet, JeffBet, Mobilewins, Bet Steve, UK slots, quid slots, placebet, pushbet, casino kings, spinzwin, maxiplay, the online casino, betstorm, monster casino, fruity king casino, betreels, betstorm just to name a few of their scam websites. They have all of these different websites because if someone has a problem with one of them the people won't know because they have 50 other websites. Progressplay control all of the websites and their customer support team have to work on all of their 50 websites so that is why it is so automated and as if talking to a bot when u go to their customer support. The security team are working on the 50 websites too.

I deposited £400 here and bet on things like PSG 5-0 at 16/1 when they were winning 2-0 at half time in the champions league final. I then went onto a slot cops and robbers bigger big money by inspired gaming and won in the region of £1.6k I then went on to gamble a further £700 or so before withdrawing around 1.5k because the rest of the money I won was on sports bets that I could have easily placed at any local bookmaker and would have the cash now.

Instead this company ProgressPlay have decided to steal this money from me and close my account

I was playing at MogoBet if it makes any difference as they have so many websites and they are basically all the same thing just ProgressPlay LTD operating under different names and addresses I would imagine.

I will be opening a complaint and I would advise everyone else to do the same, also make sure you open a case with resolver because the ProgressPlay CEO is contactable on there, also contact the gambling commission and ecogra

In total they probably owe me around £1000. They have sent my deposits back to me and closed my account for no good reason. Do not play on any of their websites if u win any decent amount they will close the account and not pay out

An absolute joke of a so called legitimate buisness.
1 week my withdrawal been pending and everytime I email there is zero response.
Live chat agents are just blunt and repeat the same question.
One live chat agent told me she had messaged the payment department to hurry the process so I saved this as proof.
The next agent is telling me they do not have the power or tools to contact the payment department, so wich one is lying.
I am now in debt with my phone provider because of this awful lack of professional service that mobile wins so state to offer.
I've now tagged this company with all my fans and friends to leave a very bad review.
This is just beyond a joke and a disgrace of a company.
Live chat agents are just rude,well Damn right disrespectful and I will be taking this to the Financial conduct authority and the Financial Ombudsman Service!

This website is a complete and utter scam spent £1000s and won around £160 and won’t pay me out saying my phone bill isn’t original when it’s direct from the o2 website absolutely appalling site. Theifs and scammers

Wouldn’t even give 1 star…. This site is a joke deposited £10 in the beginning of march won £150 withdrawn it… 2 months on I’m still waiting for the payment it still says that my withdraw request is pending how can that be possible after 2 months when they say pending withdrawals take 3 days

AVOID. The site is unusable. The games don’t load on computer and are too small on mobile. The name of the site is ironic when they have no app. Promotion for bet wasn’t given as I hadn’t deposited on the correct page Customer services were no help. Which is ridiculous, it has one site deposit page. I couldn’t use the casino bonus I got, tried multiple browsers and devices. Finally you are charged 1% of winnings for withdrawal.
