I cannot begin to describe how bad this betting site is. It is a TOTAL SCAM. Please don’t go anywhere near it.
Your bonus £40 is basically on a bet of over 1.5 and if you try to put it on a large accumulator they refuse to take it. You basically have to have bet a TOTAL of £260 before you can withdraw anything. So if you win big it makes no difference as it’s your bets that add up to the 260. This company should be prosecuted by the lotteries and gaming commission. Awful

I can see that your site has a lot of bad reviews.I can only say on my personal experience has been ok. I read and understood the terms and conditions before investing money and time, as i would advise anyone should do before signing up to any offers. Its a bit like walking into a vegan restuarant and being upset because they can't provide you a meat steak, It wouldn't be the fault of the waiter because you didn't read the menu before ordering. The whole process from playing to cashing out has been smooth without any problems.

Worst ever site. I was sent an email to sign up. And gave me a good offer. So I did upon deposit I didn't receive my bonus correctly. When I spoke to someone from their. I sent a screenshot of my email. They replied saying do not continue to use our services and told me they had frozen my account and thats it. This is bad business these people are thieves and liars do not give your money to these people. They do not fulfill their product that they are offering.

Awful! Stay well away. Limit your stakes to no more than 20p as soon as you win. First they did this on my tennis bets after a good week, then after popping a tenner in and winning £40 on basketball, they applied it across the board. No explanation as to why, and all the shambles of a customer service will tell you is “it’s a traders decision” and “management don’t deal with live chat queries.”

Bought a free £25 bet with my “loyalty points” and they wouldn’t let me use it as I couldn’t stake anything over 20p. Withdrew what I had left in my balance, they then proceeded to cancel said free bet. No explanation as to why, just that apparently when you withdraw it cancels your bonuses! Not that it says this anywhere, nor could I use it anyway.

Do yourself a favour and STAY WELL CLEAR. How they have any customers is beyond me.

Very misleading company it says enter promo code bb40 bet £10 and get a £40 free bet so entered my details entered the promo code bb40 bet the £10 and then just never received the £40 free bet they basically just lie I spoke to someone in the live chat they was quite rude and said I didn’t enter the right promo code but I no 100% I did enter the right promo code I only lost £10 judge it from the other reviews on this company I have got off really lightly avoid this company people please

Almost one week for a withdrawal.

Send them all the documents they asked for and true to other reviews, they found fault in one of them (resolution wasn't clear enough apparently) load of garbage.

Also charged me £2.50 for withdrawal.

Only positive is that I managed to win and its the money they won't be getting back!

Do not use this site! They are a scam! Unfortunately I deposited over £500 worth of my own money and I finally won a few good sports bets, I requested a £200 withdrawal and was asked to send all the documents you would normally expect (ID/Proof of card) then they asked me for several more documents such as where I got the money from 2 different utility bills and my phone bill and a letter from myself stating I used this way to make a deposit! I am still waiting for my withdrawal which I requested 3 months ago!!!!

I was disappointed when I read the reviews. I was enjoying the site. I had already requested a withdrawal and the verification seemed to be taking an uncomfortably long time to process . However they are true to their word it does take them 3 days . My withdrawal is on its way and yes ok they charge £2.50 per transaction but I am sure as they become better established these fees will disappear. I am happy to be playing on their site

2.50 fee for EACH withdrawal, you have to bet 10x before be able to withdraw the wins from the free bet... AVOID!!

Opened an account during Cheltenham festival and genuinely worst betting app ever used, never received free bet so went on live chat and supposedly had it added yet when tried to apply the said free bet just wouldn’t do it!! Week later give it another go and low and behold the free bet has expired! Abysmal

What a bunch of con artists....Wish I had read this before I registered. Free £40 bet won £71.00. I tried to withdraw it but was told I had to bet within 7 days £710.00 to turn it into withdraw able cash capped at £30. F"$%^k%^in n rip off merchants. AVOID AVOID AVOID....

Total con artists. Stay well away. They promise €40 fre betsif you bet €10 but they will only give you a maximum of €20 no matter if you win €40 or €10k.
The disgusting attitude of the live chat clowns is to brush you off with terrible rehearsed excuses. Absolute scammers. I was told by one clown that the €40 was just for entertainment 😂. They offer a free bet that can't win. Imagine the stupidity. Why didn't they offer a larger bet to scam even more people seen as they really only pay twenty euros IF you're lucky enough to win anything as you have to make bets of ten times the amount of the winnings of the bet making the odds of having any money left very slim.

I have just tried to get into my account and after typing in my email and password they ask for your occupation then give you a long list of different jobs I put unemployed but it wouldn't appear I tried to press enter it did nothing tbh I find it rather suspicious that they would ask for employment details as no other betting site I have been with have never asked for that it's absolutely shocking and judging by the reviews they ask for every document imaginable plus bonus rip offs I think I shall not bother with these looks like they want people's information so they can scan them everybody avoid that's what I now intend to do

I signed up to the site but I read the reviews before I deposited and spoke to them to clarify all of this. There is a CAP OF £20 max withdrawal from the £30 free bet that you get with your welcome offer. That is enough alone not to sign up. £2.50 withdrawal fee, absolutely horrendous. Absolute rip off I have won £90 and they won't let me withdraw it. You have to send loads of documents to prove your identity but they keep rejecting them. They won't even let me cancel the withdrawal

Absolutely terrible site. I placed a bet £10 pound to have a chance to receive a free bet. It did not arrive so I had to email the customer service, and after that I arrived £40 in free bets. Great, I thought to myself. However, after reading the reviews I was quite suspicious so I decided rather not to lay the bet in case I lose there. I won £46 but it was just free bets, not real money. So I contacted them again and their policy with free bets and wagering is an absolute scam. After a week the bonus has expired. In order to withdraw my £15 winning from the previous match they charged £2.50. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
