I don’t understand most of these comments. But I haven’t had any problems as of yet. Nice amount of games. I have a few that I mainly play.
I’ve Deposited once in October (Didn’t win) and then deposited again in December Where I won £1100. I’ve had to submit ID which is fine. I’ve done that. But as I’ve used my daughters card and son in laws phone bill I had to provide a signed letter and selfie of her And her partner to say they gave permission. This has all been accepted, in total it took 5 days. Due to the holidays my withdrawal will be reviewed on the 6th. So far so good. I will update when withdrawal is approved.
Update. (6/01/20) withdrawal has been approved. But they have closed my account.

Absolutely disgusting casino. DO NOT GAMBLE WITH THIS CASINO. I deposited money via boku and won. Upon requesting withdrawl to my starling bank, they accepted the request but then told me they can't send to starling accounts, so I asked to be sent to another bank account, they declined... I was told "you HAVE to get your withdrawal sent to Ecopayz, there's no other option."
When I looked up ecopayz, they are thieves. They are an absolute joke of an online banking facility. Many people have been had thier funds stolen and they can legally do so because thier terms and conditions say that if they find an account to be involved in illegal activity they can sieze it. Well.. This is what they are doing to everybody. Just Google them!
So, I declined my withdrawl to go to ecopayz and they told me that was "my only option"
What an absolute JOKE... Where's my money Mobilewins? Where is it?
Don't even be drawn in by thier support of mobile phone bill payments, you might want as well make a bonfire with your cash, atleast then it will keep you warm.
I will not stop until I make everybody aware of what an absolute joke this casino and support are. I'm not a violent person but they have made me so angry, I wish the ceo was here right in front of me..... I'll say no more.
