I joined them and deposited £10 and when i tried wagering this they wanted to see proof of funds for £10
Can you believe that? Not only that when i withdrew the £10 they charged me £2.50 for my privelage!!
I told them i would not send my bank statement to them or anybody else on the internet as there are many scams and fishing sites around you don't know who your dealing with I have since been back in touch and they told me i would receive the £2.50 back that they stole from me I am now waiting for that to happen but i am not holding my breath i also told them to close the account

Shocking they do not fulfill the obligation of bonuses and the site in itselfs is slow and will always say your logged out when trying to bet the site is a scam

Do not use this website. They are scam and unprofessional. Customer service? Bad service, they will not provide you any support. Avoid this website.

Signed up but they refused to pay the welcome bonus as I had signed up at another of their affiliate sites before.
I could not find this in the small print even when looking again.
Looks like the same company owns lots of different sites - all the same, so pointless signing up just for the offer.

Awful, avoid at all costs. They charge for withdrawal, the odds are the lowest in the industry and the wagering for any promotion is £20 max withdrawal. I staked £50 in 20p spins and won £1.50 in total. This is a legal scam. Awful, avoid at all costs.

I'm definitely a lockdown mug in this instance and through boredom, carried on feeding their bandit to see just how outrageously these people are prepared to rip punters off. So the game is Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, 6 hours across two days, minus £1100 and then after 6 hours of gameplay, the bonus spins feature finally activates. Payout was £9.50 hahahaha. I worked as an affiliate & they stole all my customers.

We signed up 10 people all who bet £10+ . We were promised commission.
They made up an excuse about switching systems and now claim we havent had any customers. I can prove theyre lying as all the customers come from my group.

To charge £2.50 to withdraw any amout of cash is outrageous. In any case, I nearly signed up for the bet £50 on the EPL and get £25 in free bets but on scrutinising the T & Cs I see that you have to wager your winnings 10 times before you can take it out (and you can't withdraw more than £20). Don't be tempted, it's just not worth it. There are lots of genuine bookies and offers to work with.

Mobilewins are part of a wider group of Malta based bookmakers (actually they are all the same company going under different names), which include - Rubybet, Gambull, Interbet, Onlinebetting Ltd, Mobilewins, 21betshop, Sports.net, and VStarbet.

They all have exactly the same layout on their website platforms, exactly the same odds, and, more importantly, the same atrocious promotions and bonuses.

OK so the promotional terms for free bets. Hold on to your hats.

1. Whatever the amount of free bet is being offered, a customer has to wager the winnings from the free bet an eye watering TEN times before it converts into cash.

2. No matter how much you earn from wagering the free bet winnings, the maximum amount that can be transferred into real cash is...wait for it....TWENTY POUNDS. Yes, that is correct. You could conceivably wager through a thousand pounds and the most you can ever win on any free bet promotion is £20.00 in real cash.

3. You cannot wager through the free bet winnings unless your real cash balance is ZERO. If you withdraw the real cash balance, the bonus is automatically CANCELLED. So the only way you can even access the free bet winnings amount is to bet your real cash balance and hope it loses.

A pretty astonishing set of terms that makes it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to gain from free bets.

As a final sting in the tail, they also charge an extortionate withdrawal fee of £2.50 per transaction. Appalling, and no reputable UK based bookmaker would levy such a charge.

So there you have it - a company that relentlessly and cynically punishes customers right from the very start and should be avoided at all costs.

Never use this site they are scam, I spent over 2 weeks trying to get my money I won they had me send over loads of documents bank statements I'd and still kept going and going. When you speak online they just repeat there selfs and wont help , it's a scam I won 600 pounds but it just stayed on pending after weeks of repeating myself they shut my account down. They will take you money but never return. The website is uk and all the names on the chat are uk. But they are based in Malta with no contact number. Email takes 3 days to replay and chat are non english people that repeat there selfs. Do not use them stick with the real betting sites.

I used them because I wanted to give them a try, regardless of the reviews. I had no issues making a withdrawal when I won, the 1-star is for the £2.50 mandatory charge to withdraw money I won. Obviously this is tucked away somewhere in the T&Cs and I missed it. However, this is a disgrace because I've used Coral, WH and many others and they DO NOT charge you to withdraw your money.
i wouldn't say they are thieves, just that their charge is a disgrace.
