Can't express how bad this site is.
To deposit it will take you seconds, to get any winnings from this site you'll have to go through hell and back. The amount i tried to withdrawal was well under 500pounds, cant even imagine if you win anything above that, feel sorry for you mate.
Send out papers to verify and you'll wait for days and there will be no progress, then you go to love chat and there you'll come across someone lazy, absolutely not giving a flying fk. And you'll be asked to verify yourself 2 times.

Honestly, what a garbage support.

Just be prepared to wait for your withdrawal for weeks, month. And also be prepared to give out all your proof of existence, banks, paypals, id, utility bills.
On one of those documents you'll be "rejected" bad photo or something else, just loads of BS just so you give up and they keep the winnings to themselfs

Deposit is no risks for their security, seconds. Its just the withdrawals that are looked into really hard.

Got my money and immediately closed the account.

Absolutely shocking, deposited a tenner, then told me sorry no bonus, so out of principle I withdrew 17 pound (qualifying bet won) this was Friday, waited until Tuesday for my withdrawel but nothing so went on chat and asked where my money was? Sorry we need about 764335 forms of id and some of me holding the ID , I said you could of told me this I’ve been waiting for my money for 5 days, Kaitlyn the live chat bot said ‘oh we did email you’ (they absolutely did not hence why I hadn’t sent them) So still sat here a week later and no one has looked at my 654367 forms of IDs I’ve sent for my measley £17.

In Summary I got no welcome Promo, the live chat are slow and extremely rude and unhelpful beyond belief and you won’t get your money without giving them enough to steal your whole identity. That’s if you even get it, I’m still waiting! Avoid this painful experience at all costs.

Withdrawals and verification process is slow and painful. Live chat waiting times are excessive and the website (format) is not user friendly.

It’s highly unlikely I will use MWs again, even after such a short space of time. I’d suggest anyone thinking of using MWs to find an alternative

Update: It’s now 31hrs and withdrawal is still pending - with no success in attempts to progress/resolve this with customer service.

Update: Withdrawal still pending. Finally received a reply to my email(s) but it was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Not what you’d expect at all in terms of a high level of customer service.

Update: Withdrawal still pending (Day 3). Getting nowhere with customer service on live chat or email. Absolute waste of time. Looking at the gambling commissions website, I believe MWs are in breach of their licence by delaying the withdrawal so I will proceed to making a formal complaint

Update: Withdrawal still pending (Day 4).
Agents on live chat are deliberately obstructing me from resolving this issue, requesting ridiculous levels of info and closing down live chat sessions and refusing to escalate my case.

Update: Withdrawal still pending (Day 5). MWs are deliberately obstructing and delaying my withdrawals. They refuse to give timescales or escalate for any sort of resolution. Totally unprofessional

Terrible customer service with regard to responding to emails, I have sent via email the requested documents for verification and processing of requested withdrawals but no on has responded even to acknowledge they have recieved my emails

Signed up and deposited but didn't receive the promo. Avoid. Clearly a scam website.

Absolutely terrible site and staff are just rude got told to contact customer services went on live chat got through to Jennifer who did not reply in 6 mins which is just rude do not join this site under any circumstances if that’s what live chat is like imagine if you had an issue what they would be like stick with the big companies

0 Stars. This is a scam website. I deposited €320 and won. Withdrew €1,800 and then the bull started. They fully verified my account and then an hour later that status changed to not verified. Passed around as usual.
I don’t expect the withdrawals to happen and if they do I will change this review and eat my phone….

Started off fine but constant issue with the website not allowing me to log in when trying to place winning bets. Eventually stopped me due to affordability, again at the very moment I had a betslip full of winners. Asked why I had to send in verification docs again after 4 months and didn't get any response
Don't use the website. It's not good enough.

Shame there isn't 0 star this company is fraud scandal still waiting for my withdrawal all emails now being ignored do not use this company.

As I said my account is verified and I had successfully withdrawn transaction few times. Last week I won £11000 and I tried to cash out with 3 different withdrawn request. After 3 days they asked for another photo ID. When I said my account is verified already, and I had approved withdrawn befor, she said they can ask for the verification document at anytime!!! So I did it again and after all nothing happened. They still keep my £11000 with out any acceptable reason. But if they not going to approve my withdrawal request I will send all of my evidence to the solicitor for legal action. I have all documents and emails and my last approved withdrawn payments and they completely shows everything.
When I finde this Reviews about Mobilewins I find I'm not the only one. But I'm not going to let the keeping my money.

If you use this site be prepared to provide a sample of your blood and every document under the sun. They will try absolutely everything not to pay you out. I have already sent in a grand total of nine documents and they are still not happy. Happy enough to take my money but are trying everything to hold on to my withdrawal of £90. How the Gambling Commission gave this bunch of crooks a licence is beyond me. I could literally get a mortgage with less documentation. Stay clear of this hell hole of a gambling site or be prepared to take them to court if you want to get hold of your winnings.

Wish I read the reviews before I signed up! Appalling bookmaker, just a cheap site with a cheap mentality of profiteering from customers. The app is basic in the extreme and, at best, almost unworkable. This, no doubt, is to keep operating costs at an absolute minimal whilst they screw every penny out of customers they possibly can. You may be lucky, follow all their ridiculous terms and conditions to the letter and possibly make a few quid but, I can guarantee they'll make it as difficult and as costly as they can to do so!

Scam betting more like it. Opened account deposited then when I tried to withdraw they said could not withdraw. I had to deposit with different card again to get my withdrawal but still nothing. Uploaded all documents. After that told to upload bank statements. Sounded like just going round in circles. Big scam for a company to take £25 off of its customers. I hope they get rich of that and karma is around the corner.

I cannot understand the negative reviews for mobilewins. I signed up deposited £10, got a free £30 bonus bet that won! Wager x1 and recieved my winnings in my bank account within 23 hours. First class.

Super bad customer service, and a bunch of thieves, they’ll lets u deposit the money, but when is time for withdrawal, they’ll come with a bunch of rules not to pay you, if you are a gambling website you shouldn’t put your own rules or decide how people should play. Please dont use this website, will have you full of stress and frustrated, i made an withdrawal on the 14th of March, and received an answer today.🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Pointless site will literally steal your money BIG SCAM SITE won £90 on a bet and refused to give it to me. I asked for my money I won they will just close the chat . DO NOT USE THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND

Ignoring the fact that the website itself is clunky and horrendously difficult to navigate, I have found that they will do anything they can to weasel out of honouring their promotions. Avoid at all costs. Also reported to the UKGC for misleading practices.

This website is a scam don’t use it deposited £10 and wanted to get the £40 bonus and it didn’t work so I withdrew my £10 with a £2.50 fee which has no need.
