Extremely slow to check document's

Extremely slow to check document's, The first set was checked within a couple of hours and I had to re submit them , now 3 days later still not checked and still have a pending withdraw

Do not use this casino they do not pay out withdrawal
I have reported them for fraud to my bank and phone company

Thieving T***s

Absolute SCAM of a company so I deposited £90 and I won a accumulator which I won £1392.57 upon a few deposits I was never asked for ID or anything then as soon as I win they ask for all sorts of ID asking me to go on live chat with my phone company to prove my phone number is mine?😂 anyway once I provided that I got a email saying this

Please be advised that, after an in-depth investigation run by our anti-fraud department concerns over the third-party use of the account have raised serious and alarming questions.
Considering this fact, your winnings were voided, and your participation fee was returned accordingly back to the original source.
Absolute crooks I’ll be taking this to the police as just robbed me and my money I advise to not use this site at all costs

Review

Payouts are fairly quick.
Some decent slots,but a lot seem dated now.
You win some which is nice however once withdrawn the first time, winning seemed to be harder.
Bonuses seem low in relation to other sites as well.
Overall not an enjoyable casino.
I have just permanently closed this account and any other sister sites in this brand.

Do Not Use

They are quite happy for you to deposit money to bet but as soon as you want to withdraw they need to verify you identity. This includes submitting a copy of a recent phone bill, recent bank account statement, picture of your bank card front and back, a picture of photo ID, a picture of you hold said photo ID alongside your face and a hand written consent letter saying you allow them to remove money from your account to bet. If this sounds excessive, that’s because it is, and if they asked for this in advance of using them I would have told them were to go.

It took two weeks to get my money back, and to be honest I half expected them not to return it at all. Especially as their terms and conditions include the right to hold your money on their digression.

What this company does not have a shred decency in the way they act, they hide ridiculous t&cs to do enough to be classed as legal but what they do is not ethical. Mark my words, cowboys get found out and this ‘organisation’ will not be around in four or five years.

And don’t trust the ‘good’ reviews I have no doubt that they come from employees.

Mobilewins stay well away

I stopped myself from gambling with gamstop any way my time was up and it got removed with in 10seconds of it being done mobilewins was in my emails entitling me to gamble again so I did do with being a gambler I lost and and lost then I won £1700 so I cashed out it was in my account the next day I gambled it with another 1k or so on top won 2900 so I cashed out went on again cash out few hundred then 1000 and odd all my cash outs add up to £5400 and odd as they take money off you for cashing out aswell so put that but extra on any ways they blocked my account so I spoke with woman on live she sed it’s with the high gambling we spoke over my gambling told her going back to gamstop again when I get paid out as getting to much again threw the night I still not had my withdrawals so ended up spending £1370 then they did the same blocked my account I sed why the sed because of my way of gambling so sed why not stop it when I did my first few hundred pounds why after so much at this point been around 24hours waiting for my cash outs still nothing I was told over live chat time and time again I will eat from the withdrawal team soon and be paid 5 days later nothing I repeatedly ask to speak with manager I get no where I done the same with what’s happening with my cash out I get the same reply it state Uk players will be paid out with in the day this site is a joke and should not be able to work in the Uk Iv mental health issues it’s threw the roof with them chatting the lies now I can’t Evan speak on live chat as they blocked me on that o go on another phone they speak soon Mention my withdrawals they block the account there rats have no right in scamming people the way they have when your playing the machine and they start paying the the bonus the game just shut off so can see what ya won it says ya won so much but how do you no when it cuts you off all time in 777strikes and fruit megawins or something it was!! Absolute nightmare

I verified my identity before even placing a bet using my driving licence and bank statement, these documents were verified very quickly however when I requested a withdrawal, I was asked to provide a copy of a recent phone bill in PDF format showing my name and the phone number I used to deposit. Also, I was asked to upload a screenshot of a chat with my mobile provider, confirming that the number used to deposit is in my name. I submitted these documents multiple times in different formats however all were rejected and when I use online chat to ask why they are rejected I am given no explanation and requested to resend them which causes the issue to come full circle and once again be rejected. I have submitted so many documents that the server now refuses to accept any more as it states upload has reached the maximum allowed. Already registered a complaint but so far no reply and cant get my money back

I wish I could give it no stars!

I wish I could give it no stars!

So Mr Vegas, Videoslots, Winomania, Netbet and many more were ALL happy with the 5 pieces of documentation I supplied, and Mobilewins rejected it as proof of address.
Firstly, most people just supply one document as proof of address, I sent three without being asked. Secondly, one of those was not only my tenancy agreement letter, but I rent my home from the local council, as in the British Government is my landlord, yet somehow some idiot at Mobilewins can't match up the address on three seperate official documents as proof of address, even though one is from the British Government, how thick can someone be????
It was even more farcical when I was asked for the bank statement in colour, I actually went to the bank to get my bank statement, they come in black and white, I must remember next time to ask them to supply me it on pink paper with orange print!!!
What verification do Mobile Wins want of my ID? My blood? a DNA test result? To confirm with my Mum I am who I say I am?
I told them to stick their casino where the sun doesn't shine, there are hundreds of online casinos now, you don't need to beg to join one when the documentation you provided is blatently real and correct, or tolerate some idiot who can't work out the obvious.
My dog is more intelligent.
Also I had deposited £10 before the rejection and you only get £8.50, I paid by phone, so anyone thinking of paying that way with them, don't, but ultimately don't bother joining, God can only imagine what hell it would be getting a withdrawal of winnings out of them!!! Dread to think.

Sign up bonus is acceptable with ten times wagering of bonus and maximum conversion is 200 pounds.
But beware of the conversation of their free bets on their Missions. There is ten times wagering of a 50 pounds free bet and the maximum conversion is. Wait for it. 20. Yes Twenty pounds. This is hidden away in their terms and conditions. Who would honestly deposit money to obtain a free 50 pounds bet have to wager it ten times on bets and win say 2000 pounds and all you receive is 20. Crooks and Gangsters would treat you fairer. BE WARNED STAY WELL AWAY.
Further update. Closed my account because I made a complaint about their unfair terms and conditions. Wagering 50 pounds free bet TEN TIMES to win Twenty pounds lol lol. Jokers hopefully will be fined soon

so deposited won £200 and did a withdrawls was asked to send id and docs which was fine then they tried to send me £50 instead of the £200 i requested which was declined by my bank as the wrong expiry date was entered when they tried to send it seems like im getting scammed out of £150 here will update when anymore payments are attempted to be sent.

SCAMMERS

I won £503 and then it asked me for lots of id documentation which I have submitted. I still haven’t received my money and there is no way of contacting other than through live chat. When you speak through live chat they just tell you that they are dealing with it. This is a joke of a company and needs shutting down! They was quick enough taking the money off you without id, and even with id still haven’t payed out! SCAM

Correct KYC procedure = fast payout

After reading the reviews over here I decided to give it a try anyhow. Played a little slots and hit cash out. The procedure indeed took a little while and I did have to provide my KYC documents. When all turned out in good order I however received my funds within two days.

KYC procedures are a pain in general but Mobile Wins correctly following them gave me a reliable feeling. Its when casino's do not follow the rules when I get alarmed. I will most def try out their Sportsbetting as soon as the Worldcup starts.

Enjoyable, quality, mobile friendly bookie

As an experienced gambler and somebody who enjoys switching bookies I had a great time playing at MobileWins; it's not your best of breed bookmaker, but I don't think they claim to be - at the same time their product is sold, especially on mobile, and they've been generous with their bonus offers and respond well to support requests.

Just a straight up scam

Deposited a tenner, won £7. Went to withdraw my £17 and I’m told I have to upload 4 documents which is a violation of the law as in the uk gambling companies cannot use verification as a condition for withdrawal. I go on the live chat and nobody replies. Furthermore they asked me for a picture of the front and back of my credit card as verification. There’s nothing I can even do about this it seems like hundreds of people have already reported progress play , the people behind this scam company, yet the uk gambling commission does nothing. So glad I only put 10 in feel awful for those who’ve had more stolen.

The corruption coming out mobile wins stinks.

IBAS have been contacted today I strongly recommend you do contact them to!

My account as had previous deposit and withdrawals to. Which means the account is fully verified today I was shocked when they asked me to send my bank card over as proof of payment. I did this and they still haven't verified a already verified account my next option is going to IBAS and reporting this fraudulent company you should do the same mention to IBAS for them to check there Trust pilot reviews

Need shutting down asap

Need shutting down asap! See the review below- update on this are refusing to pay out as I have bet more than 24 numbers on roulette ( baring in mind it’s a computerised system they use anyway in terms of winning numbers) why does it matter how many numbers I cover? they have also said that a third party has used the account when they haven’t! They would also have no proof of this even if they suspected it! As everyone else says they will not pay you any money if you win! They have refunded £70 deposits but have not paid out £656! If I had lost they would of kept the money and wouldn’t of refunded it! They also aren’t registered with gamstop and the gambling commission won’t give you the time of day as they don’t deal with it
