Put a complaint in

Put a complaint in. Got a reply in 2 days. Was not happy so escalated it. Got a call from them but now weeks on no reply to the escalation. The scooter is supposed to have a 35 mile range. I got 9. The batteries should be running at 90-100% after taking it to another mobility place and paying £25 they are running at 43.1%. Have spoken to the finance company here in the UK and HEAD OFFICE in Utah USA who are conducting a complaint on my behalf. They say i did not have to take the scooter to another place they would do the batteries. All talk. So now its the legal route. Oh and they may sell nationwide but no staff in the south so unless you live in the north of England i strongly suggest leave them well alone. Oh 1 more thing they don't need to register with anyone but 97% of companies selling scooters are with either BHTA, ARD or the big one the RETAIL OMBUDSMAN. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH ANY. RED FLAG. So they will get their day in court then the newspapers national.

I got a recliner chair only had it 5…

I got a recliner chair only had it 5 months i am sure they make u wait to warranty runs out to get me to pay for it plus I got to wait over 3 weeks to get someone out to look at my recliner chair even then not sure if it will be longer when phoned today before they do even see what's wrong with it. So not happy with service even got the woman on the phone quite offensive and wouldnt deal with me properly 😒 so not sure what to do. Got a chair now not working for nearly 2 weeks .

Such professionallism

Such professionallism and what a beautiful young man that helped me through the process of me receiveing the the right mobility scooter for me.
When the chap who delivered it for me came he made sure that I was able to fold and assemble it all myself and made sure it was the right product. Mobility connect have gone above and beyond for me and can’t thank them enough.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with this company.

My mother purchased a mobility scooter, trusting that the company would provide appropriate guidance and support. Instead, we’ve been left with a completely unusable product. The scooter is far too heavy and impractical for the user to safely get into their property, something that should have been clearly discussed or assessed before the sale. When they drop the scooter off they would have seen my mom struggle getting it in and out of her property, they would have seen she is stick thin and should not have agreed to the delivery.

To make matters worse, the company hides behind a rigid 14-day cooling off period, which is completely unreasonable in situations like this where real-world usability only becomes clear after delivery. By the time the issue became obvious, they refused to help in any meaningful way.

My mother has since been diagnosed with cancer and their refusal to take responsibility is even more frustrating given that the scooter is under finance. They have effectively washed their hands of the situation, leaving a vulnerable person stuck paying for something they cannot use. No flexibility, no accountability, and no genuine concern for the customer’s needs.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. Once they’ve made the sale, you’re on your own.

Very good communication

Very good communication from the get go. The call staff were amazing in helping me achieve the right scooter and meeting my everyday needs. Also the delivery service was top notch and also in the time slot I was given 10/10.
Cain was very polite brilliant and very clear on showing me everything on delivery. Fantastic service

Excellent

Cain was excellent on delivery and went well put of his way in making sure it fit nicely into my property. He went through everything and explained on how to use the scooter into full detail and couldn't thank him enough.
Simon was very professional over the phone and went through my application with me very thoroughly and made the whole process very smooth and very easy upon ordering couldn't thank him enough.

Absolutely delighted …

Absolutely delighted with my new scooter which got delivered and demonstrated by cain today. I would highly recommend Mobility Connect. Second scooter now purchased though mobility connect and wouldn't use anyone else.

Fabulous company

Ordered my new scooter in the red and absolutely love it. I’m red mad I am so very much in love with it.
It’s gonna help me massively in everyday life and will give me my freedom back. I’ve not been able to drive in 10 years so this will be a life saver.
The company were great on delivery and made sure the scooter was the perfect one for me and that it was also the ideal one. Very happy and couldn’t recommend mobility connect high enough!

Avoid this company they are all good…

Avoid this company they are all good while getting you to buy one but once you have the scooter they ignore you. They suggested i get insurance from another company instead of with them so when you have problems it takes twice as long to get anything repaired. I eventually got a "repair" done the reason for the comma is because they never repaired it so a month after I was again without a scooter. Also they didnt provide me with a replacement the first time it was in for repair apparently a big company like that doesn't have replacement scooter. Anyway after putting up a review somewhere they finally got in touch to fix what they should have repaired in the first place and shockingly I got a temporary replacement yay. However I've now finally got my scooter back went to use it and noticed that the chair was broken so I went to use it and it was making a banging noise and then wouldn't charge so now I am again without a scooter so stuck in the house again. When I told them about all this they kept saying I needed to go back through my insurance company, but I have now after many messages finally got an appointment so im hoping they will take my scooter for repair and I will get a replacement.
Some dya now I just sit in the house in tears because I can't get out on my own without a scooter.

Excellent timing …

Scooter was delivered on the exact date they told me and was delivered in the correct time period. Going to be very handy when I do my shopping as it fits perfectly into the back of my car.
Explanation on delivery was very informative and the driver answered all of my questions. Very impressed

Brilliant comapny

So ive been house bound for months found mobility connect on googal spoke to a lovely lady Louise picked my scooter then i changed my mind and wanted ab 8 mph one instead louise was so helpful again did the new order with ease and did battery upgrade there was never an issuse louise was helpful.and wanted me to be happy i have chosen the right scooter . Day of delvery was simple cain the delivery guy was great told me and my carer how it works how to take apart for the boot he was so polite and helpful i would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone

Avoid especially if the scooter is your only freedom

All great in the beginning but once you have that scooter you are invisible especially if you need a repair done. Then again even when you get a repair its not done so end up with no scooter and being ignored. Also for such a big company they dont have replacement machines for you while your other one is being repaired. I couldn't go out on my own for nearly 3 months, also when I got my scooter back they hadn't attached the emergency break the "repair" they did lasted 2 months and when looked at by someone else they hadn't even done the repair.
