Found use on Google search was very easy on ordering. The staff were very assuring that I recieved the right to scooter for my needs. Cain explained everything in detail on site. Very happy

Extremely happy. The service has been amazing all round. Cain was very helpful on delivery and went well out of his way on explaining on how to use my new scooter. Just like to say a massive thank you to all of mobility connect and for everything you have helped me with.

Mobility connect has been so good and have talked me through all the stages of buying a disability scooter. Cain our delivery driver was absolutely fantastic he talked through absolutely everything we needed to know and more thank you all for a wonderful experience with Mobility connect.

I basically had my hand held through whole process. Scooter was delivered on time , even though I was warned it might be next day . I have used this company before to buy a road scooter. This time I got car boot scooter, it is so very very light and very easy to use and fold . All components were explained to me by my driver Cain . Cain explained the premium cover and I chose that , I feel it will be worthwhile. I am in awe of how nice and helpful everyone was.
I thoroughly recommend this company and the staff . I also managed to do this by myself.. it was that easy ( I very much struggle with foggy brain and irritability if I am not understood) absolutely none of this. I am so grateful!!!

So easy in ordering. Advert popped up on Facebook and just applied and within a couple of weeks I've recieved my scooter.
It's gonna be very handy when I'm out an about with my sister. Love the idea of how the scooter folds up and will make life easy. Delivery driver was very nice and explained in much detail on how to use all the mechanisms. So delighted and thanks very much.

Was very optimistic but the transparency relieved the concerns as mobility connect kept us up to date on everything and was very good in keeping me up to date. Feel like a kid with a new toy. Very happy!!

This company is great until you need a repair I have waiting three weeks for a repair I have been stuck at home all this time .I raised the repair on the 17th November we have phoned every few days and are constantly fobbed off .I have this morning very angry but not abusive and the customer service hung up on me .I hope she has kept the recording .I phoned to and Kerry who said hire one which is fine until I have to find somewhere to keep it .But that’s story upto now Graham Spence Newcastle upon Tyne

Amazing service. I'm always nervous on phone calls. But Simon the advisor made me feel really comfortable. He explained every step ever the phone. My scooter came within a few days of ordering. Brilliant in regarding if I have any problems, Darren has always been very helpful and reliable if I'd have any problems. Absolutely fantastic
Can't fault mobility connect they made sure I received a very safe scooter. As my safety always comes first.
The whole process of ordering was very easy and I got the scooter I was looking for.
Delivery service was brilliant and the lad who delivered my scooter was very caring and went out of his way to show me how to use it and make sure I was 100% safe.
