Awful service once they have been paid…
Awful service once they have been paid they dont care. Shocking they keep fobbing my mum off , will not come out to repair her scooter even though she is covered by warranty and trying to charge her £100 to even come out . laughed when she said would cancel the finance as they had already been paid steer well clear bunch of cowboys

Top marks for everything with this company. Helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond for me to make sure I get the right mobility scooter. I have been asked by the company to change my review to one which is less critical in order to get repairs done on two buggies which have both broken down apparently due to the batteries being unable to cope with the cold weather despite being under 4 months old…..
So here goes,,,,, I’m trying,,,,
Firstly the guy who delivered a third buggy is being dealt with “in house” after being unable to hand over the third buggy in a descent manner as he didn’t even tell me how to unfold it - however in seeing the buggy it is obviously not intended for outdoor use as it has a cloth seat and the company are changing it tomorrow for another one which is hopefully more suitable,,,,
The telephone people have been good and I will give credit where it’s due as the response has been pretty quick and they have taken one of the original buggies back for repair and have promised to send me out a battery for the other one if indeed it is proven that the battery is at fault ( neither of the two original buggies are accepting a charge )
I hope this meets with the companies requirements to have the buggies fixed quickly as me and my wife are now totally housebound and the company refuse to give me a replacement buggy as I haven’t taken out their ludicrously priced insurance ( £660 per year per buggy!!!!! )
Note - not the company’s fault but this needs to be seriously looked at as I insure my 400 bhp jaguar for £260 a year!!!!!!!

worse company i have delt with had my scooter 3 years its been fix no mount of time last time it wasnt fixed right and they wont fix it again because they cancelled my premium plus insurance saying they are stopping it for everyone and they havent. So now i have a scooter that doesnt steer right as the steering Colum is slack the wielding they did is an abortion it is not straight. They are liars and very rude on the phone if i was you i wouldnt deal with this corrupt company

I bought a cabin car (sccooter pac) 4 years ago from this company, at the time I payed $£40 a month for their premium care covering
breakdowns, repairs, servicing, tyres etc, now they contacted me to tell me they are canceling the warranty cover as they can no longer afford to continue wth it, I have had a few problems with my scooter but I feel I have been let down badly, I would not
buy anything from this company again and would advise anyone to keep away as you will be disapointed

Just recently purchased a k lite mobility scooter and such a fantastic piece of kit, The mobility scooter has given my freedom back and such a smooth easy ride. The delivery driver cain was brilliant on explaining everything when the scooter was delivered and would highly recommend mobility connect to anyone in need of a new scooter.

I have sent in the complaint letter regarding the diabolical way that Mobility connect have dealt with my scooter left me out without a scooter for weeks even though they are fully aware I have to go to hospital at least four days a week. I’ve emailed their complaints department they do not even get back to you Darren who supposedly is one of their CEOs really does not care. The company is run with extreme lack of care for people with disabilities are more interested in what money they can get out of you be very aware when you are dealing with them and don’t believe everything they say You will be let down
