Ordered scooter, paid for in full, ordered white clove delivery. Machine arrived, I had to charge it overnight , it did not charge. I have not seen the scooter running. A new charger was ordered and arrived next day , scooter completely dead. Complained to Mobiquip I am waiting for this to be sorted. I am disabled and am reliant on this transport. Please some quick action required

We recently bought the all terrain for our son. He is 10 years old but very tall so we went for the adult size. I cannot say how brilliant it is! We previously spent £2k on a children’s disability all terrain and it was no where near as good as this. I wish we’d found Mobiquip years ago!! We took him across a muddy field for fireworks last night and it was a breeze. Thank you for making an affordable, brilliant quality chair. 5 Star!

Purchased brand new disability scooter, after reading their reviews, within days a "CLUNK" "CLUNK" noise came from back wheel/wheels, mobiquip, sent out mechanic, who "KICKED" the wheel with his boot, noise gone, a few days, noise came back, another mechanic said, "QUOTE" "I have reported the problem with the wheels, but have been ignored", mobiquip, refused to accept any problem with the wheels and asked me, (85 years old at time) to video the sound and send to mobiquip, I explained I was unable to do that, mobiquip, have done everything possible to put me off, so had to pay to have all the wheels taken off and repaired myself, the problem was during "WARRANTY", the way they have treated me now 86years and disabled was "DISGUSTING", will not buy from "MOBIQUIP" again, as all their 5 stars is when nothing has gone wrong.

I ordered the mini quip XL pushchair and it arrived within 2 days which was amazing. It’s very sturdy and easy to use plus lightweight! One thing is the footrest is difficult to get off which it needs for closing the pushchair down but overall a very good item

This is our first buggy that I needed for my son who is autistic and I must say he absolutely loves it.

Great purchase, lighter compared to the excel elise, would be better if the pram came with a basket as standard as any parent with a child with special needs will know the amount of stuff you need with you just to leave the house!! Especially as these products are expensive enough

Outstanding quality of items received which was a winter accessory pack to go with recent Buggy purchase. Lovely made fabrics and made excellent. Very happy.

Had the buggy for a few months before the seat collapsed and a screw went missing , contacted online as was in warranty (just needed a few screws) and they replaced straight away . Was happy with that as thought was odd that an xl disability buggy would collapse like that . When doing a straight school run to keep my child safe , who doesn’t weigh much as it is . This buggy then collapsed the same . As out of warranty they sent another out of good will but this one is also missing screws so not sure what is going on . Is this a manufacturing issue ? Surely it should be safe considering who they are designed for ? Maybe a pack of screws should be added to the buggy as spares to help with this problem in future … not really sure what’s going on never had any other brand of buggy collapse like this before . I chose this one as it’s advertised and safe and for children up to 8 years …

The foam was wheels have popped off twice and I now need a replacement. My daughter requires this for the walk to and from school on bad mobility days. I now need to get a new front swivel wheel and back break wheel. As the cost of the pushchair was nearly £300 with delivery I’m not overly impressed that the wheels have lasted a couple on months use and only two weeks of the school run.
