A special thank you to Tim and his team at Mockford and Hunt. Being first time buyers, the process was a little daunting, but Tim was there every step of the way, and all our questions were dealt with quickly yet efficiently. I think this is mainly because of the 'What's app' group that was created at the start of the process. When you're busy at work, it's not always possible to have your emails to hand all the time, so receiving updates via a text message, or if we had an urgent question, this was really useful. Nothing felt stressful dealing with Tim at Mockford and Hunt and on that basis, we would highly really recommend their services. From Alex and Ayshea.

Absolutely flawless ! From start to finish Tim and the team have been soooo helpful and nothing is too much for them. They are always on hand to answer any questions big or small and are always so friendly with advice. As younger buyers we don’t have much experience with the sales market but they gave us so much advice with their wealth of knowledge and helped us move with ease ! We can’t thank them enough for making our move easy and always calming our neves ! Thank you all so so much!

Mockford and Hunt really went out of their way to make sure that our sale went through smoothly. They understood that we didn't want to move until we found the perfect property and made sure that our buyers knew that so that everyone knew what was going on. Well I don’t no we’re to start Tim and Charlotte made are experience selling are home smooth and pain free they dealt with the Solictor’s. The buys Solictor’s everything. can not be happier. And to be honest knew more of what was happening than the solicitors all round superhero in my book 👌

In the search for my first home I had a few hurdles in the buying process - thankfully the team at Mockford & Hunt were extremely understanding of my complete inexperience in buying and provided advice & guidance along the way. They were especially brilliant towards the end and alleviated a huge chunk of stress by handling the communications between buyer/sellers. The WhatsApp group was much easier than the usual email tennis you would get otherwise.
Overall, very happy with my experience and would highly recommend their services.

Estate agents have such a bad reputation ...... well Tim and his team will soon change your mind about them and prove that there are some amazing ones out there. Tim has been so helpful throughout the buying process and kept me updated along the way. He was able to sort out any issues and I'm now in my home and very happy.

We recently finally moved into our new home.
Tim, Frances and Charlotte were amazing. always to hand, enabled us to view the property several times and answered any questions very promptly.

The process was very stressful towards the end but this was due to our solicitor that didn't communicate and held the process up, I wouldn't recommend them at all

However I would definitely recommend Mockford and Hunt to anyone buying or selling a property. 5* service 😀

Tim has been amazing through the purchase of our new home. Tim was so accommodating and managed to get us in to see the house before my wife & I went away on holiday. Whilst we were away, Tim kept us up to date with the other interest in the property and eventually secured the house for us. It’s been a stressful purchase at times but Tim has always been on hand to steady the ship and help us get to exchange & completion.

The team at Mockford and Hunt helped me to buy my first property. They were so helpful and supportive. They provided excellent communication through phone calls and WhatsApp and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. They were very proactive and did everything they could to get the process through and were reassuring along the way. Tim was very knowledgeable and would answer or try to find out the answers to any questions that we had. He would always follow up on phone calls or messages. Thank you for all of your help and support. I would highly recommended!

I honestly cannot recommend Mockford and hunt enough!! They managed too sell our flat within a few days of it going on the market! It was our first time selling and Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping us. They opened a whats app group with all of us which was so helpful! We could ask questions and send info! Then we found a house and picked the worlds worse solicitors! Tim, Francis and Charlotte went above and beyond too push and get were we needed too be after so many screw ups on our solicitors side! At one point I actually thought we would loose our dream house. But all 3 of these amazing people reassured us and we managed too complete on Friday! Thank you soo much for everything you have done for us!

Tim was great and showed us around multiple homes. He was able to help us with any ask that we had throughout our buying experience and let me come to the property multiple times prior to us getting the keys. Throughout we had a WhatsApp chat in which we could ask questions directly to Tim and Charlotte and they both helped keep on top of everything.
