After making the decision to put our house up for sale we requested a call back from a few estate agents and Mockford and Hunt were the only ones who made contact, we had never sold a house so we were totally dependent on our estate agents and they haven’t disappointed!!
Tim, Frances and Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible and when it didn’t they were there with us reassuring us that we would get there in the end, the WhatsApp group is a great way to keep in contact so any questions we had were answered quickly even though I’m sure we must have driven them mad when we were stressing because of being let down last minute by one of our buyers!!
The whole team are very professional and caring and we cannot thank them enough for helping us through this bumpy experience without ever making us feel like it was too much trouble seeing us through all the highs and lows every step of the way.

I can highly recommend Tim and his team at Mockford & Hunt. After many months of trying to sell my property and losing 3 buyers along the way, I was pretty exhausted with the process. If you need to move home and want a great estate agents I recommend Mockford and Hunt. Tim, Frances and Charlotte were all outstanding. I sold my house within one week of advertising. The sale of my property was hassle free. The customer service throughout was excellent and a special shout out to Tim who also supported me on my purchase.

Having never sold a house previously I was unsure of where to begin. I contacted Mockford and Hunt as they had been recommended to me and can honestly say that they made the whole process seamless. Tim, Frances and Charlotte were simply a message away and easily contactable through the group WhatsApp they set up for me from the beginning. At a glance I could check progress in the app and if I had a query it was answered instantly by one of the team. More than professional they were friendly, positive and helpful and nothing was too much effort. Even after completion they have gone above and beyond, collecting my mail from my old address and making sure it came to me whilst my redirect was being set up.

We have recently bought our house through Mockford and Hunt and have to say the whole experience was brilliant!
For us communication is really important and the team (we dealt with Francis and Tim) were on the ball from the minute our offer was accepted to even now when we have completed.
They set up a WhatsApp group as soon as our offer was accepted and kept us updated throughout the process. If we had a question, it was answered very quickly with no hassle.
We can honestly say we would have no problem using them ourselves in the future, and in fact wish we did use them for our sale!!
