Mojinie James was looking after my property in 2017-2019 and based on that expirience I did not hestate to ask them to rent my property again in 2021. All staff members are very helpful, proffesional and friendly. I highly recommend their service!

Chantelle and Jess have been fantastic. Jess guided me expert through the process during my first time using a letting agent. Indeed, it was her positive attitude which secured MJ as my agent of choice.

Throughout viewing and tenant application Chantelle was equally professional (and patient), keeping me informed and consulted throughout.

Both were warm, friendly and approachable, tolerating my stupid questions with grace. Top job. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent and stress free house selling experience. House sold almost immediately and then process managed superbly by Michelle. Chris Wheaton was absolutely superb and incredibly patient with us. Thank goodness for Moginie James! Another firm, long established and widely respected in the area (no names!) had been to my property, and their valuation didn’t seem far off to me. But MJ went a whole 20% higher - you heard right! - and sold it to a cash buyer within days for 98.5% of their asking price. Choosing to go with MJ has made me £££. And to top it all, they are such likeable, upbeat people.

Amazing experience, I viewed multiple places with Chantelle and when I got accepted for my new place she was updating me on the dot with everything that needed to be done to move in on top, Very friendly and warming, helped me understand stuff, that I had no clue about when moving.
