The Moginie James team, and Jess Rigby in particular, were very helpful in getting my wife and I situated in the right letting quickly. We were able to get all of the paperwork and checks completed swiftly so we can get the keys and move in.

Chantelle from MJ in Pontcanna has been absolutely incredible from the very beginning. We had initially enquired about another property but it had gone off the market that very day. Without her, we wouldn't have the house and are extremely grateful, and very very excited. We've had issues with landlords and letting agents in the past who have let us down so this has been a truly refreshing change of pace. I met Chantelle at the property for the viewing (after an email AND text confirmation which was very helpful) and was shown around, had all my questions answered and called us the very next day to let us know we had secured the house. Our vendors were selling their beautiful home through the Moginie James Pontcanna office. Right from the initial viewing through to the completion both Michelle and Angharad were exceptional. They kept us in the loop for the 7 months it took to get the sale over the line. It was a tad stressful in the last 2 months but both of them liased with all parties concerned in a calm and professional manner. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to our friends. We were kindly given a home moving parcel and card upon collecting the keys to our new home; a lovely thoughtful gesture. Moginie James have been incredible. Our selling journey has been seamless. Not by chance or luck, but because of how everyone in the team has contributed through effort, attention to detail, great knowledge and pride in their expertise.

Chris gave us fantastic advice and really guided us on how to market our home without making us feel under any pressure. Once we were ready to go on the market, Sally was so thorough and patient in delivering the particulars etc exactly as we wanted them. Claire and Liz were a great support and gave us fantastic feedback after every viewing. We were so comfortable with these lovely ladies showing off our house to potential buyers. After several offers, Neil helped us choose the most suitable buyer and really was a fantastic support through the rest of the process. Nothing was too much effort. Angharad was also very efficient in obtaining updates and communicating between us and our buyers. No doubt there are probably other people at Moginie James who have played their role in making our move such a good one, it’s just that we haven’t dealt with them directly. We cannot thank everyone enough for all they’ve done, so quickly, efficiently and effectively.

Moginie James we’re definitely the right agents for us. We’re so pleased that we weren’t motivated by online or other, more competitively priced agents. You definitely get what you pay for (for us that was an offer above asking price which we were very happy with and and unrivalled service), yet we still feel we had great value for money from Moginie James. 5 star all the way!
