The best letting experience I have had in Cardiff
I have been letting in Cardiff for eight years, first as a student, now as a professional. I have had mixed experiences, mostly positive, when renting in Cardiff. This is my first time letting with Moginie James - I had heard good things about their company, and the quality of the properties that they advertised caught my attention on Rightmove. I spoke with Rhys in the Pontcanna branch about a property that seemed perfect for me and Rhys made the process so easy, I couldn’t believe it. Every email was answered immediately, he called about my application when he said he would and has been nothing but clear and upfront about the whole process. I feel completely at ease renting with Moginie James thanks to this experience and I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

I have been renting for a few years and…
I have been renting for a few years and have dealt with many different agencies. I have to say that my dealings with the Pontcanna Branch have been the easiest ever.
It’s been very hard work due to covid but I am finally in for Christmas!
Jessica my property manager has been very helpful making sure I am settled and have been so friendly it really does make all the difference.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Moginie James ... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
This should be their deserved slogan.
The staff was never responsive, absolutely passive and totally opportunistic (shifting the blame to the landlord). Among a long list of unpleasant issues, they have left us surrounded by scaffolding for months without any reason.
They charge costs for ridiculous reasons (they are super creative ... I must admit!).
Please, stay away from them! This applies both to tenants and landlords.
