Absolutely awful! Faulty product injured my child upon use. When questioned I was met with arrogant and rude remarks from whoever deals with their customer service. Avoid at all costs

Avoid this store, which is such a shame for a small business! Received a lovely email thanking me for my order and to reach out if I had any questions. Long story short I cancelled the order and as I was told not to hesitate in reaching out I contacted them to cancel and heard nothing. Three further emails and a call which was never answered I then received an email from PayPal advising I was being refunded. Still haven’t received the refund but did note that the amount I am being refunded for is not the full amount as they have not refunded the shipping costs which the store was never out of pocket for. This is in effect, theft! This store clearly doesn't have the resources or expertise to run an online business.

Sadly we weren’t aware of the trust pilot listing so are late in replying.
The Exeter shop is currently not open & wasn’t open for several months so there wasn’t anyone available to answer calls. When we received the email to cancel it would have been processed. Our refunds are processed by PayPal so the length of time is down to them unfortunately.
I notice you ordered a pre order item. It states pre order in the title & description & we ask that customers read & agree to the terms & conditions on pre orders before purchasing to avoid any confusion. We have a check box that must be checked before purchasing can proceed so we are doing everything we can to make sure customers are well informed.
We received guidance from trading standards for small charges with regards to cancellation of pre order items. The item you ordered was not a usual item that we keep in stock, it was ordered & paid for up front by us with the supplier just after your order was placed, this means subsequent cancellations leave us considerably out of pocket. We are a very small company & can not afford the losses.
Misleading
Ordered skateboard which was in stock on website. Enquired after 2 weeks only to be told they were not in stock until another 1.5 months time, but they hadn't informed me. Requested refund & skateboard was then delivered a few days later, but again, no communication from the company. Very strange!!! Would not recommend this company.
