Handed 4 phones in, but was told 2 of them had no value but £1 would be donated to charity for each. Fair enough. The other 2 were estimated at £62 but the test facility was closed for the night so you retained my phones and gave me a receipt. Then I received a bag in the post to return my mobiles. Several phone calls and texts/emails later you said you were on the case and acknowledged that you had my phones and I finally got a credit in my bank account for £31. It took about 2 weeks from start to finish. I think the report card would read - could do better.

Only got £33 for an iPhone 3GS that had been used for 6 months in its current condition and was only sold to purchase the iPhone 4. No option to return money and send phone to a company that offers a true valuation. Very slow to actual email to say they have received phone. Won't even use again and will tell all family and friends not to use this company.

i sent my mobile phones. they were quick in their responses however my phones were undervalued. i could have declined their offer but i don't think i would trust any company that they would send my phone in the same condition so i had to accept what i was offered.

i was looking to sell me iphone and went onto money4urmobile and they gave me the best price. they sent me the envelope within 2 days and then when i sent my phone they confirmed that they would send a cheque straight away which they did.

Would recommend this service as it was so quick and easy. Having searched for my phone on-line and got the quote, all I did was print off the postage labels and details and sent in recorded delivery. Within the week a cheque arrived. So simple and so very fast! will be using again.

I would recommend that any handset is very well wrapped as they aren't treated very kindly during transit.
