Very quick, efficient service.

Not money for your mobile
I was offered £105 for my HTC Desire, with natural wear and tear when I sent it in they advised I would only get £78.00 for it as it had a cracked camera lens. This was not the case the back cover that protected the camera lens was cracked not the camera lens itself!

Payment assessment is flawed
The envelop sending and online application system is fine. Standard for today's recycle websites. Nothing special, but not lacking anything. What does need improvement is the assessment of the amount of what they pay you. Its a bit mean.
