My mother in law is elderly and we rang…

My mother in law is elderly and we rang as I tested her internet and it was poor since she received a new router. I was shocked what I was told by service team turn off heating and turn of lights as it interrupts signal it’s the middle of winter absolute joke of a company. Said they fixed it and signal is actually worse . Took 3 days to get through aswell 😔

Having reported a fault on the line…

Having reported a fault on the line Monday 23 December and being informed it would be doubtful that it would be resolved before Christmas I have repeatedly tried to contact them again today - 27 December, selecting every available option until it cuts me off over and over again. FRUSTRATED!!! I then read reviews. Our story, much the same - 83 year old mother , diabetic/ heart problems lives alone - I have followed others actions and purchased a mobile.
No doubt my next call will be to trading standards hopefully they can speak to someone from money saver telecom which I have repeatedly been unable to do.

Really getting beyond annoyed with this…

Really getting beyond annoyed with this company. My mothers phone has been off for over a week now. She is 82 and on her own with health issues. I've had to buy her mobile phone so that she can reach us in an emergency. I've been trying to switch her over to Post Office but they can't do it due to this fault as it doesn't recognise a current number. I've spent all day trying every option to speak to someone but all it does is ring out till eventually you get an engaged tone. Now getting a.message to say they are closed. Terrible service, direct debit will be getting cancelled and will.be reporting this tin pot company for the deplorable service. A telephone company.that you can't speak to via telephone 😤. Have had to give them one star so I could write this review, they are certainly not worthy of this

I am absolutely bouncing with rage with…

I am absolutely bouncing with rage with this useless moneysaver telecom. my mothers phone has been off for at least 12 days now. she is 82 and has terminal cancer, her phone is so important to her. i had to go out and buy her mobile so as i can make sure she is ok. i eventually got through to some chap on the 18th dec and he assured me that all would be sorted that same day, apparently it was a software upgrade that didn't work and thats the reason her line is out of action. its now the 23rd and I'm sick of ringing every 5-10 minutes every day to speak to whoever and get this issue sorted, but no answer. If they're in difficulty id appreciate a heads up so as i can move her supplier elsewhere. BUT i doubt that these reviews will ever be replied to. Annoyed is an understatement

Shocking Service

My elderley father has been unable to use his phone since last week. This is his lifeline. Managed to get through and spoke to someone who said they were aware of the fault and service would be resumed later that same day.
He is still not connected. Im soooo frustrated. I have tried to ring this morning, nearly 20 times all at expense to me. After listening to their VERY LONG opening message with options, regardless of what you select, it was the constant engaged reply. Finally i got through to a ringing tone! Rang & rang then, surprise, went to the engaged tone!!
Do humans actually work here? How are you supposed to be able to report a fault if no-one will answer?!
Absolutely shocking service.

Not sure if this company is still…

Not sure if this company is still trading. They have cut off my elderly aunt's phone last Thursday. Managed to speak to them on Friday and was given a vague explanation but not been able to contact them since. I have emailed but no response. I have had to buy a mobile phone and now possibly face a reconnection fee from another company. I have only given one star as there is not an option to give none. Not suitable for elderly clients with connected alarm systems.

NEVER do business with Moneysaver telecom

Like others I was with Moneysavertelecom with little problem from Dec 2014 BUT then out of the blue they became unconnectable ,I got a letter(7th Oct) saying new modem would come after updates,I then lost my landline the new modem did work for a few days during this peroid and many times afterwards I tried phone emails nothing answered.Now no landline or internet,so I wrote signed for (Crewe & head office) telling I would have to find other ISP .no reponce .They now send me a bill every month .Never have I seen a company treat any customers like this,what is going on with them ???

Since Modem update being charged for services agreed were free when signed up for three weeks cannot get through to call cente
no reply to three emails no reply to 3 call back request s

Are they still trading?
If no reply this time direct debit will be cancelled and will be moving on
frustrated and angry customer

Cannot get through on the telephone

Cannot get through on the telephone - tried for days! Absolutely shocking customer service. Have left my elderly father without a crucial service (landline). Disgusted with them. Do not use!!!!

You cant understand why I cant get through???? Really??? We have tried for days to contact your offices. You DO NOT answer!!!

Still waiting on you to get back to me!! You sent a private message and have never responded 2 days later. We have cancelled our service with you by email and our direct debit. Even our new telephone provider cant get through to you to release our telephone number!!! Bunch of charlatans....you have left my elderly sick father without any communication whatsoever!

Criminal organisation operating as a phone company.

This company manipulated and deceived a 93 year old woman (my mother) to change her very good service with Talk Talk to theirs as they said it would be cheaper (they called her) Lies and more lies. No customer service and no one answering calls and colossal bills. What is criminal about this company and you will agree it is criminal, is that since January 2019 my mother has been charged for a service that does not exist. The broadband does not work and there is no internet connection. My mother has kept paying the bills and at one point stopped in the hope that the service and specifically the broadband be fixed. Perfect broadband with Talk Talk and before that BT. No connection problems at all. Aggressive and intimidating letters followed with threats of court action and a £450 payment to be made if my mother wanted to cancel the contract. They cut off the line until payments were made. My mother is 93 years old and this company targeted her so as to tie her to a useless service which provides nothing but takes everything ie: Money. A criminal organisation operating as a phone company.

Had same problem as everyone else but after the call I’ve had no problem!
Been with Moneysaver telecom for 18 months and only had the 1 problem, hope everything is sweet now, I’m plugged in again 🔌

been waiting for a call back since april got a message through trust pilot two days ago asking for my details and saying it has been hard to access my details but someone would call me back/two days and still waiting avoid like the plague liars and conmen who target pensioners

Been with this company for over 12 months, had no problems, new router received, easily installed, service uninterrupted. Last week my internet went down so telephoned Moneysaver and spoke to Darren who checked the line and agreed there was a problem. He then organised a visit from an engineer a couple of days later.
Engineer arrived within advised time slot and sorted out the problem. I received a call from Darren a couple of days later to check my fault had been sorted. I found Darren very helpful and charming, service fantastic! Thank you.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. No one answers the phone. I have cancelled my direct debit so if you want paying then you contact me. I have been ringing for 6 weeks with no success.

Do not use this company please.Have a fault on line as can't receive incoming calls.Tried to ring them numerous times and always no answer.Left email and requested call back but still no joy.No customer service at all and still waiting for line to be fixed for 3 days now.Will have to switch provider as this company is so poor and is my mother's phone which she needs!.

I can understand that something might…

I can understand that something might have gone wrong, but at least send your loyal customers a message or something. I have the same problem as everyone. They sent a new router and even before we installed it, we lost the phone line and internet. I sent them messages on the website but no answer, you call them, no answer. So do yourself a big favour, go to another company, as this one is s-hit.

I have tried to contact them to no availe, no answer to phone, just times out after 31/2 minutes, no response to emails will be stoping direct debit and changing to different supplier. I have also noted that they have stopped responding to these reviews, last response was in February this year.

Disgusting way to treat a 90 year old!

Well, moneysavertelecom.com, if you want me to pay your last bill then you contact me! I also have tried every angle to get a response as you billed my 90 year old Father in Law nearly £50 more than usual. I have cancelled the direct debit and have gone to BT Basic for £5.50 a month for his phone, he does not need broadband!

I have been with moneysavertelecom for…

I have been with moneysavertelecom for 13 months and without any problems until last week. I was left with no phoneline, and had rang so many times and left messages and asked for call backs, but still nothing. I finally got through on Tuesday morning and spoke to a manager called Dave who checked the line and said that there was a fault in the exchange box at their end. He reported the fault and rang me back this morning to check that the line was working again.
The engineer who fixed the line also rang to confirm that it was working. Thankyou to both of you, I can now rest content.

I've been with money saver telecom for…

I've been with money saver telecom for up to two years with no trouble untill now last Monday received a letter stating that they are sending a new router out as was for an up grade do to they're internet service. Since Wednesday the 9th October the phone don't work not even the internet. I tried phoning them and all you get a noise like you've been cut off or you press another number it rings for then sounds like been cut off again so I've just canceled my direct debit it been now a week with out a phone. So annoying.
