Line not working (AGAIN!!!)
Tried to call out, told 'This number is not recognised, please try again' I tried 3 different handsets, still getting the same message. Tried to report fault, no answer, number just rings out. Have sent email, but I am very, VERY angry with this firm as this is now the THIRD time I've lost service and the first two times it took a MONTH (yes, you did read that correctly) for them to repair the fault!!
If you have a ten foot barge pole, don't touch this company with it.

Echo what all the other reviews are saying. My mother in law has been left with no life line due to the phone line ceasing to work and no one will answer calls, emails or requests for call backs. DISGUSTING!! She's called for 48 hrs, so has her friend, care manager and I've been calling and emailing - nothing. Oh well, no more trying now, dealing with Trading Standards instead

Not even worth 1 star but had to leave one to be able to give a review. Absolutely appalling, no service at all, after going through all the options the phone just rings & rings constantly and then cuts out I have been trying to contact someone since 1:15 and given up at 4:50 to report a fault on my 88 year old neighbours phone! I have emailed them on her behalf as she has no other way of contacting them. I’ll wait and see if I get a response but after reading other reviews I won’t hold my breath. If I do I will reconsider my review!

what a despicable company to get hold of been trying to get hold of them now for two days to pay my mums phone bill, which is now over due cos nobody from the so called company will pick up the bloody phone. i have tried every number extension from the main number and it just rings and rings until it go's dead.
i have tried the automated payment number and it doesn't recognises my mums number when i input the phone number.
i have tried the the online so called portal of the billing paper page that never works.
There hours of opening on the main paper phone bill is not right. The opining of hours,- paper says 8 am - 8 pm and on the internet it says 8 am - 5 pm so there is no consistence there.
Something needs to be done to stop this company puling in more vulnerable and easily lead customers into this poor run and poor

Mis informed my mother who had recently lost my dad
My elderly mum was “cold called” and confused into signing up for a phone/broadband package and was told she would save compared to her present package with sky and would be able to keep her phone number (which she had used for over 35 years), only then once the account went active to be told she had to use a new phone number, we then lost my dad in February and my mum decided to move nearer to us so wanted to transfer the phone/broadband package over to her new residence but was told this was not possible and would have to pay a very high cancellation fee or could leave the line in her old property and expect the new residents of the property would have to pay for it!, this all seems like she has been mis sold in the first place and treated very poorly, having looked at her bank statements it is also clear my mum has been charged quite a lot more then she was when she was with sky, would advise people to avoid this company at all costs!

Couldn’t believe the prices!
Couldn’t believe the prices, now paying less than half I was with my previous service provider. Small issue with first invoice but it was sorted straight away by efficient UK based staff. Very happy with service would certainly recommend .

Yet another scam phone caller.
They call every single day trying to solicit money from people who are less knowledgeable on the topic. The person on the phone knew so little about what he was talking about that he completely made up number, offering me things well outside of what was available in my area.
Overall, avoid this company as much as possible, though you might struggle as they will call you every single day if you tell them to stop or not. They don't care about following British law, because they're an Indian company trying to scam the elderly.

Anyway very poor broadband probably less than 1mb/s total rip off.
