Despite an unavoidable, short delay due to the recent petrol shortages, delivery was achieved the same week by working Saturday. Staff were helpful, courteous and they did exactly what they needed to promptly and efficiently. Oh and by the way, the price was £50 less (for 500l kerosene) than the cheapest price comparison site, in a vehicle perfect for the tight access at the back of our house!

Glad I decided to call them on the advice of the previous owner.

I have been a customer of Moorland Fuels for more than 10 years and I have had very good service without exception. The office staff and the tanker drivers are always friendly and helpful and the prices are competitive. On top of that I have the satsfaction of supporting an independent, local, family run business. It doesn't get any better than this folks.

Fantastic service! It’s my first time ordering oil and the lovely lady called Chloe in the office explained everything to me. The chap that delivered my fuel was very helpful and the tank was filled very quickly!

Delay in delivery but not a problem. Otherwise, very good service and helpful response to my query.

Good experience again. I like using Moorlands because they are generally competitive with good people working for them. Communication was superb and the delivery completely fuss free, and bang on time with a first rate operator on the tanker. And of course we need to support good local companies because if we don't one day they won't be there.

All very good (ordering system, price, etc) but the oil hasn't been delivered in the time slot advised. An email or phone call advising of the delay would have been helpful

Having used Moorland Fuel for years I was very disappointed that my delivery on Wednesday 11th August 2021 was 167 litres short of what I ordered. I rang to ask why and basically did not get a satisfactory reply !
