Wet room
After a recent accident i required my exceptionally small bathroom converting to a wet room. I was impressed by my initial appointment with Garry the designer who reconfigured the whole layout. Rob the surveyor came to confirm the final measurements. Carl the fitter was amazing, he worked so hard and explained his progress each day. His knowledge, standard of work and attention to detail is exceptional. He suggested a few minor adjustments at the beginning of the project which ironically Garry had initially suggested. Carl explained everything in detail which has improved the final result immensely. I am absolutely thrilled with my new wet room, it looks so impressive, definitely 5 star.
I would highly recommend Passmore as a company, the price reflects the standard of work and quality fixtures and fittings.

Really great experience from start to finish.
The initial design appointment took into to account exactly what we needed and gave us useful options to choose, along with some ideas we hadn’t thought of.
Everything was brought to life by excellent CAD designs and a walk through the showroom helped us refine what we wanted.
Final surveys and measurements happened promptly and our job started and completed within expected timescales.
Our fitter Mark has been absolutely brilliant throughout, working with great accuracy and care all the way through, also coordinating other trades to maximise time and efficiency. Great communication with us throughout the project, keeping us informed with progress. Any little snags were promptly sorted without fuss.
The result is a wonderful new house bathroom. We would happily recommend More Bathrooms to others

Shower / Wet Room
Bathroom transformed into beautiful shower / wet room. The whole process was smooth and simple everybody we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, particular mention to Angela, Joe, Mark, Neil and especially our installer Andy, we enjoyed his company for 3 weeks and his workmanship is absolutely of the highest standard. Exceptional bathroom renovation.
Simon the designer was very patient and supportive with the many drafts of designs we worked through.
In hindsight, I really wish that our fitter, Jaroslaw, had painted the bathroom rather than the other painter who was recommended. It would have been much easier logistically and probably a better paint job. Jaroslaw, the fitter who actually did the bathroom is amazing. He is professional throughout. Extremely talented at what he does. He constantly kept me up to date with what was happening and confirming what I wanted - even details that I would not have considered but were important. Jaroslaw is extremely committed and flexible and I felt totally at ease leaving him at my house whilst at work. He was easily contactable and always pleasant and patient. We could not have wished for a better guy.
Passmore have great communication too and are always professional. Even after payment and completion, they are swift to act upon any snags that may occur.
Thank you so much for turning a bathroom into a sanctuary that is sympathetic to our Victorian house.

This is our second bathroom project and…
This is our second bathroom project and we are once again really pleased both with the end result and our interactions with More Bathrooms. Many thanks to Andy, Joe and Darren, who once again did a great job for us. There was a small delay in finishing due to our choice of flooring being late in. We also had a small issue with the bath mixer tap but this was dealt with very promptly with a replacement part, so reassuring to know that aftercare is also important to More Bathrooms.

Our complete bathroom refit with More Bathrooms has just been completed and we are really happy with the result. The whole procedure from planning with Julie was excellent and our very pleasant and helpful fitter, Mario, worked so hard!
He involved us with decisions during the refit, making minor tweaks to the original plans as required. We were really impressed with how he cleaned up each day before he left and with the prompt collection of bags of rubbish and
other items removed from the bathroom. We had our bath removed and a walk-in shower fitted instead and so glad we did. The new wall boards are so easy to clean and we're really happy with the new layout. The painter, Michael Depledge, recommended by Julie , has done an excellent job and the new wall colour looks lovely. He also left the room looking spotless - with the help of numerous dust sheets! We would definitely use the company again

Very professional job
I am extremely pleased with my bathroom which has been designed by more bathrooms. Vitalie did a really good thorough job. He was very polite and considerate. He asked us our views and explained each day what was going to happen. He left everything neat and tidy. It was a lengthy job but I feel like no one could have done it better. Definitely recommend.

What a beautiful bathroom!!!
An incredible design by Simon, followed by installation from the most incredible fitter Martin. His attention to detail for all the work carried out be it tiling, plumbing, flooring, plastering surpassed all expectations.
All the staff I had contact with were all courteous and pleasant.

From the very first contact, Passmore (More Bathrooms) has been exceptional. The workmanship is superb with Mario being a brilliant lead fitter who is skilled at virtually everything required. All involved were so attentive from the start from design (Simon Grant), regular site inspections during the build (David), surveyor (Joe Lomax), electricians, office personnel and more. Everyone involved was and is so knowledgeable and experienced and they often challenged our original thoughts or ideas and suggested alternative ways, designs and fittings which could be, and have been much better than we could have imagined before.
More than once we were challenged mid-build when historical defects were found in the house, but every challenge and curved ball thrown at us, were solved by the respective Passmore employees, all with patience and good humour. It amazed us how plans could be and were changed mid-build.
We chose Passmore over any other company because their fitters and workmen are all in-house and they work as one very supportive team.....supportive to us, the customer and of each other. They don't use contractors and that gave us confidence in the company, along with their proven track record and longevity as a family business. Their after care is great too with a couple of visits since for minor tweaks which are all sorted, but again, nothing is too much trouble.
Everyone involved has gone out of their way to be attentive, easy to communicate with, and hard working. The fitters looked after our house with utmost respect, protecting carpets etc and always tidying and cleaning up, sweeping, hoovering and mopping after themselves at the end of each day.
Is Passmore worth the high-end costs (we realise this is subjective)? Yes, absolutely, and the end to end quality of everything, the provision of guarantees, all staff working under one umbrella ultimately resulted in the exceptional quality and stunning bathroom and downstairs cloakroom we now enjoy.
