Everything went well - from the initial sales visit to the completion of the work.
Each element was conducted professionally and clearly.
The process was a good one, with the sales offering being independently technically checked for practicality and to ensure it could all be done as expected.
We had to delay the installation date because we had our son with us who was isolating because of covid, but it was rescheduled without any problem.
The installation team were excellent - friendly, professional and meticulous in their work to ensure all was completed to a high standard and as we expected it. They went above and beyond by doing a few additional bits for us and offering some minor modification suggestions which made it an even better installation.
The only minor issue we had was having to wait a few months for the work to done, but this was only a minor inconvenience.
We are very happy with the work, and enjoying the benefits of the walk-in bath. Thanks Passmore - great job!!

Fabulous Wetroom
Thanks to Andy's hard work and expertise we now have a fabulous wetroom. As promised, it was started and completed by Andy and he was a pleasure to have in the house. We enjoyed his company and he tolerated us and our dogs I can't believe how he worked in such a smsll space whilst keeping the whole area exceptionally ckean and tidy whilst he worked. Based on Andy's work I would strongly recommend Plasmore to anyone.

Excellent work and really happy with our new bathroom that’s really functional now, staff have been great and our bathroom has been transformed and looks and works amazing now. This was done for my disabled son and he loves to get showered now and doesn’t complain any more.

Had the bathroom fitted with wall in shower. No new loo or sink and didn’t decorate, even though they had to do some plastering. For £5200 I expected more

I have looked into your project file and unfortunately, with it being a contract order from Leeds City Council for Disabled Adaptation works, we have to adhere to the specification given to us by the council with regards to the amount of work involved. You should have had the option to pay ‘over and above’ the amount given to you by the council should you have wished to look into changing your existing WC and basin also. I can only apologise if this wasn’t made clear to you at the time. That said we take all feedback seriously and always look to explore what we can do moving forward to enhance our customer experience and add real value to the service we deliver. Work done to high spec. Workmen excellent and worked hard. Have minor leak with bathroom radiator but am sure this can be fixed once lockdown eases. Engineer came yesterday and fixed the leak without my having to contact the company. That shows the high level of service. A very professional and friendly workforce.
