Challenging shower room project
Excellent communication between client and company. Time management and problem solving impressive . Our shower room conversion was complex involving electrical plumbing planning and water management skills, but Passmore had the skill base to surmount the difficulties. The workmen were experienced, tidy, and considerate.
They made “no drama out of a crisis”
We would certainly use Passmore again.

Wet room design
From first meeting Garry Kirkbright in the Leeds showroom this job has been carried out exceptionally well. I was kept informed at all times about the project. The bathroom fitter Richard Dyson worked tirelessly, and made a superb job of it. No mess was left after each days work, and was left neat and tidy. I am so pleased. Thank you.

Very good service from start to finish, with excellent advice, and help on what was the best solution for us.
The installation team, Steve and Graham were first class and left everything clean and tidy each day, and even arranged to rectify a drainage fault from a previous installation. All in all we are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend your company.

Walk in bath with rise and lower seat
Brilliant workmanship work men worked very tidy very respectful of surroundings. Kept informed before and after installation. Just a slight miss communication on first day what time workman was arriving but overall very satisfied with work carried out. Would highly recommend.

A very stressful experience that needed…
A very stressful experience that needed a return visit on the day it was finished as no water from shower. Another visit to try to fix water not draining in wet room and no water again. Couldn't remedy then. A further 2 days work later in the week needed to pull up the flooring to fix the angle of the tray and connect the shower to the water tank properly as sludge pulled into system as the tank used was capped off. I had to lay off decorators, re book new carpet being laid and 2 further days to stay in house for remedial work. For the first 4 days of job only worked part of each day as pulled off to do other work elsewhere. The toilet then needed to be removed. I feel that the stress was too much and the inconvenience and knock on effect on other trades people I had booked added to the stress.

From a grotty over-shower bath in a poky little bathroom and WC that I couldn't use to a spacious and well thought out wet floor shower, brilliant. Although the job took a little longer than I thought it would it was well worth the time and energy spent on it by your excellent fitters, Darren and Shaun. Thanks also to electrician who had a bit of a nightmare job and who I can't remember the name of. Some of the items fitted weren't what I asked for but the alternatives worked fine and I am very happy with the finished product, in fact so is my husband who didn't really want to get rid of the bath. Brilliant job, well done.

I really appreciated having my ideas listened to by this local firm, and am very pleased with the end result (I had a walk-in shower installed and the bath removed). The salesman wasn't pushy, the fitter worked extremely hard (and was very patient) in doing the best possible job, there was good after-sales service and pleasant reception staff. No mess and my home was respected at all times.

Bathroom modification for my parents.
The designer provided a quote with many errors and wasn't familiar with the product. On the other hand, the fitter and other staff were excellent, and we are very satisfied with the result.

complete bathroom conversion
Very pleased with all aspects of the work. Garry, the surveyor, came up with a plan that provided very practical solutions to all the adaptations needed and Craig, the chief fitter did an excellent job of carrying out all the work. Quality of fittings and materials also very good. And the end result looks great.

Excellent service during decision making process for changing bathroom to wet room. Great range of fittings. Advice was top notch. Workmanship good. Only issue was amount of dust which ended up in other rooms during renovation.
