The telephone at Morris Living answered quickly and politely. I was concerned only that I got a message from the Couriers informing me that the shipping of my chair was complete and would receive a date for delivery which I could change if not convenient. I received the said email but it just said an ERR then a number instead of a date. As I was moving and the chair was for a stroke patient awaiting discharge, I needed the chair the day after moving in day to be sure he could come home. Your receptionist was again very helpful and emailed the Courier as I was not getting much joy on the phone. I did get them eventually but found it difficult to understand the lady on the Courier's phone who gave me the date I had told Morris Living I needed and the delivery man was excellent and put the chair together quickly. All in all it was the Courier 's messages that didn't give the required information.

Morris Living are an amazing company that focus totally on their customers.
I had to cancel my order even on the day it was due to be delivered due to my op being postponed. However they were so kind & caring & refunded everything & showed such compassion & we’re so supportive.
Op back on now & I didn’t hesitate to go back to Morris Living & book another chair. They are quick, efficient & so helpful l.
Go for an independent company instead of the well known TV ones.
They always have the customer at the heart of their business.

Great service - quick to answer email queries, delivery next day was unexpected but welcomed.
I had read review about self assembly of the recliner chair so expected that and to be honest it was relatively straightforward.
Wasn't sure about what the fabric would be like and turns out to be a kinda velour on the one I ordered. Not sure how that will wear but initially I am happy with that. (I previously had a synthetic leather chair from another company that lasted 18 months so didn't want a repeat of that).
From my experience to date I would recommend this company.

We really liked the style of the swivel chair and the quality of the leather was what we hoped for. We bought the £750 chair which was perfect for us

Having bought a chair which cost £650 + pounds it was extremely frustrating to find that the hand set broke /didn't work after only 3 days.
I then had to ring for a replacement which took 6 days to arrive.
Might I suggest you inform the manufacturer to improve their hand sets.

First class delivery and the chair was also first class and a good price.

This company has amazing customer service, staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

I am actually waiting for the chair to be picked up. Not happy with it at all.

Good experience Easy to order &quick delivery
Instructions were small print and not particularly clear, as a result assembly was harder than expected
However really pleased with finished result

Both delivery men polite helpfully set up Leather Riser Recliner £839.00 posting VAT Exemption certificate on Tuesday 22nd April.
Paperwork supplied with chair my Extra Care Housing Scheme Manager filled in I signed relevant areas.
