Excellent value for money product and very helpful staff.

My iterm was delivered the following day so that was very convinient.

Ordered a recliner chair and got £15 discount with first purchase, it arrived the next day. Was emailed when it would arrive and was prompt. Excellent service all round was very impressed with everything.

We visited the showroom and my wife tried a few chairs the man who dealt with us was very helpfull and didn’t rush us we decided on a chair he then told us they had a refurbished one with a little damage he showed us a photo of the damage and we decided to get it as it was £200 cheaper when it arrived it was not the one we were supposed to get they said they would change it they did and we got a brand new one for the same price which we were happy with i think giving you 45days trial is a very good idea overall seems a good company to deal with many thanks

Chair was in my price range.
Delivery was prompted and well packaged. Difficult to put together in a couple of areas, but I am very pleased with the quality and comfort.

I visited the warehouse with my elderly father and there was multiple riser chairs for him to try.
The buying process was easy and delivery was prompt, and was kept informed of when the chair will arrive. We paid for the chair installing. The chap who delivered and installed was great.
The chair is a lovely modern design and does exactly what it was bought to do

I knew more from the website than I gained from visiting the site office - it was a poor use of my time. To be fair your staff member did note they were just standing in for someone on holiday.

Very easy to order online. I received a follow up call from the office within a couple of days regarding the delivery and received the item exactly as advertised, within a week. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite.

After looking at other customers remarks I decided order the lovely Denver ? Swivel reclining chair. Delivery was fine, driver very nice who carried the well boxed chair into the houes for me. Assembly was easy and I am very happy with my purchase. One tiny niggle, the chair can be a bit lively when sitting or exiting so at 87 yrs I need to carefully hold both chair arms as I lower myself into the seat, or it will move on me... It's still a lovely comfortable seat and I would definitely recommend it to viewers.

The chair is over and above what we were expecting. The service we received was excellent too.

You changed me £30 for a man to slot the back into the chair
He did no check the chair worked And he forgot to put the wheels on the chair
Is this is how you treat the disabled?
When I asked for my £30 back you just ignored me .

I noticed that Morris Living had great reviews, with the exception of their courier, who regularly let people down, it seemed. I took the chance, and ordered regardless. I'm really glad I did.

This is a family firm who run on humanness, not computerised text messages. I got a phone call from the owner to tell me that his own driver (not a courier) would be delivering my chair in a couple of days and that the driver would call when he was close. Sure enough, the driver called on the day, said he was 45 mins away, and turned up bang on the time he'd promised. He was lovely. He brought the chair in, made sure it was all set up, then took the packaging away.

The chair looks great and was a really reasonable price - it was advertised as a refurb, but was in actual fact an item that had been returned quickly by a previous customer. So it was as good as new. I'm over the moon with it. I would highly recommend Morris Living, and if you're unsure whether to go ahead, just do it. They are friendly, genuine and they mean what they say. Top notch!
