We found Chris through Mortgage Gym and have been so impressed by the service. My case was a hard one zero hours contract, poor credit score, my husband on short visa. Was the 7th financial advicer contacted. No others manage to help us. But Chris didnt stop until he sort our problem .We cant thank him enough. Wewas not having our mortgage without him. We try from almost 1 year and half to get a mortgage with other financial advicers but with Chris in only a short period and a lot of hard work even weekends, early or late he helped us. Chris is the best. He make my dream come true, he help me when all let me down and dont want to make the efort to help us. I will always recomand Chris us the best ever financial adviser and person.

Chris Hayes has been brilliant throughout the process of finding us our first joint mortgage. He is easy to talk to, explains things so well and has kept us well informed. He listened to what we needed and found us a great deal and things have moved really fast too. He’s made the whole process easy and taken the stress and confusion away. Can’t thank him enough. 100% recommend!

Chris is extremely hard working and goes all out to get the best mortgage offer. My stress levels were non existent as Chris happily took control of exactly what I needed and for my dream home.

I'll call Chris in the future should I go for another mortgage but to he honest I'll always recommend Chris to everyone that needs help in qualifying for a mortgage.

Liz Culpin is a saint- She walked me through the best solution to get around my mortgage provider playing the system to reduce my LTV just below threshold to give me best rate and saved me incurring fee's to switch.

Great experience with Chris. Helped us get our dream home and without him it would of been impossible. Always reachable for any questions and always had great advise along the way. Would definitely recommend Chris to all our friends and family.

Maybe I was unlucky after reading all the great reviews on here but I was placed with a mortgage broker who frankly was a joke. 1st meeting was great I felt so reassured being a 1st time buyer I hadn’t much clue and the advisor gave me a range of illustrations ranging in price near to my current rent payments sounds perfect. After this appointment he was hard to get hold of then started ignoring me passed me to a colleague who was just as evasive tried to sell me a rip off mortgage over £700 per month with over 2k in fees and told me no one else would touch my application was adamant they needed to credit check my partner who is nothing to do with the application when I questioned this I got no answer as to why they needed to do this they just kept saying they had to. I became very wary and put a stop to it. Looked else where and now have a top notch mortgage with a high street lender AVOID

100% trust in Mike Wing !! Being a first time buyer can be scary, but Mike took me under his wing and kept me informed every step of the way !! The feeling of security KNOWING i had the best of the best working with me is such a relief. Mike has fine tuned his skills and expertise of many years, what he doesnt know isnt worth knowing !!! I really cannot sing his praises enough !!!
The next time i go for a mortgage i will be asking for him personally to be my broker.
Had a rocky start due to a terrible property but mike managed to work out the problem and we found another more suitable property to buy instead (saved me a fortune by working out it was the property and not me that was at fault for the lender declining mortgage !!! ) the second property chosen went straight through without a hitch with mike pushing every step of the way, in constant contact with the purchase (never left in a backburner like some brokers do) and regular updates to myself without me having to chase him up !!! An absolute credit to the company !!! Professional but still down to earth (put the legal and technical mumbojumbo into terms even i can understand 🤩 ), always on the other end of the phone if i called with queries, and again dealt with in terms i can relate to.
What seemed like a very stressful and impossible thing for me to do was sorted with the greatest of ease thanks to Mike Wing.
Im looking forward to buying another property with Mike in my corner to deal with everything, 100 % trust in him.
If you go anywhere else i very much doubt youll get the kind of service that you get here !!!! Make the right decision and use the best of the best !!!!!
The eway app comes in handy, more often than youd think which also makes a purchase easier to fast track along due to its many many easy to use features. Thanks for reading this review and please do yourself a favour and choose the best, youll thank yourself for it 😊 .

I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Hayes for getting my mortage setup. During the time of application mortages were massively effected by the Corona virus, Chris was still able to secure me a very good mortage at 90% ltv.

I cant recommend Chris enough, he was always available to answer my questions I had or answer any concerns I had.

Without Chris I would not be moving into my new house. Many thanks to him!

I found Chris Hayes - Embrace Financial services as highly recommended on Trustpilot after receiving some quite conflicting advice from other financial advisors in the recent past. I am so glad that I did as he was so helpful in offering us the best advice, and getting us our first mortgage at a fantastic rate. Chris is Super responsive to all Calls/Texts/ Emails, is very professional and really knows what he's talking about. Would highly recommend.

My mortgage adviser was Chris Hayes and I cannot compliment his professionalism and patience enough. He helped me explore multiple options including giving advice on buying options in the future. I had an issue with solar panels and his protectiveness in discussing with the bank and requesting documents has streamlined the process as much as possible, ready for the solicitors to begin their work.
Having someone understanding on the other side of the phone / email, working in my interest and not just for their commission, really helped relieve the stresses and concerns of buying a house, especially for a first time buyer such as myself.

I had always heard house buying was a stressful process, but Faye at Mortgage Gym couldn't have made it easier. She was incredibly kind and professional and supported us to buy our first home!
