I’ve been with motorcycle direct for…
I’ve been with motorcycle direct for many years with 2 bikes and 2 separate policies.
Found out recently I was no longer insured on 1 of my bikes.
Although I didn’t have auto renew it would have been good to receive a reminder so I could have renewed in time.
Also difficult to actually speak to a human if you do have an issue.
All sorted now though for another year.

Unable to talk or email a human. Cancelled insurance will 5 months remaining paid upfront only to be told no refund just my 9 years no claims would not recommend this company. Just talking to a robot chat is an easy way out to sort matters and make an easy buck

When completing the quotation online, you would have been provided with a summary of cover, along with our Terms of Business before completing the purchase. These documents explain any administration fees, including when they apply. By proceeding with the purchase you would been required to confirm your acceptance of these terms along with the risk information being correct and accurate.
On review of your individual circumstance, we can see when cancelling the policy, the return premium from the Insurer was less than our cancellation fee. Therefore the cancellation fee was reduced in accordance with the return premium. This would be why no refund was applicable. Please note, any optional extras purchased are non refundable after the 14 day cooling off period.
Please also note our admin fees are charged to cover the operational costs involved in setting up, managing and servicing our policies.

I can't log in my portal even with the passwords you send me even had someone else do it for me they can't get in not just me why is it all so secretive can't even see what password you're putting in to make sure it is correct do you want me to cancel the policy getting migraines about it now everything sorted out now customer service has stepped up and sorted it all out today for me fantastic no more headaches a big thanks for all the help I've received
