Very quick response to my query, and everything explained clearly. We didn't book in the end as we didn't get tickets for the event we were planning on hiring the motorhome for, however in the future I would definitely use this company.

I asked for a quote which was reasonable and was later further reduced. Good choices of locations for pickup. Had follow up emails and phone calls after a request for a quote. Don’t seem to offer a risk reduction cover to keep the excess to zero. Wish there are more information about other costs and “add on” regarding the rental.

This company will bribe with amazon voucher and when you leave review you never hear from them

Great service at the depots, especially the one in Glasgow, great team. Good vehicles and on the whole on the 4 vehicles we've hired from them everything has worked as it should have. Need prompting to return the security deposit but are quick to do so once you contact them. In comparison with other companies they are very reasonable. Would recommend

On the face of it you can’t argue with the experience of this site. Well just be aware because there is no where of the potential hidden add ins. The initial reasonable quote can quickly be reversed by the parking fee for your car. The cost for pots and pans the cost to be instructed on the use of your hire vehicles cle. Even the 100 percent guarantee of your money back take 28 working days. Not so great when you want to book somewhere else, I was so excited to hire a motorhome from this company but I feel let down by the website and not once was these so called optional extras mentioned before purchase.,

Motorhome was returned in the same condition.
However we got charged for damage that was already there.
Used to be a Trustworthy company..
Be careful.

The website seems great good prices but reading the reviews it seems to have hidden costs and other issues which makes me hesitate to book.

Don't normally bother with this review thing but
After a good experience at the Bristol dept with Alex and the team I marked 28 working days on the calendar. People moan about waiting so long, er read the T&Cs. Tongue in cheek I phoned 2 days early and after a 10 minute call I had an email confirming the full refund which landed in my account this morning.
No Amazon vouchers were harmed in the submission of this review !!!
People claim they were charged for damage they hadn't caused......er, check and photo all existing damage when you accept the van....it's not rocket science, suggest you stick to canvas holidays.

Had a MotorHome in September, when picked up we took it home too realise it was very dirty inside, pieces of food lying in cupboards. Pots and pans covered in grease and dried in food. Which we had to pay an extra £30 for! Definitely hadn’t been cleaned before being given to us! Ordered a large van but was given medium. Wouldn’t use again.

Relentless senders of spam SMS messages. Hoping they get fined and locked up before too much longer. Please report them to the ICO if you have been affected, it's quick and easy to do.

All positive reviews on here will be from their bribery of Amazon vouchers to would-be reviewers.

I was very pleased by how quickly they put a quote together for me , and the price also. £399 for a medium sized van for 3 nights unlimited mileage was by some distance the best quote I could find.
I had contacted them at short notice but it didn't seem to be an issue.
The website itself was well laid out and easy to use.

Great price for the week we want under £600 also the deposit isn’t as much as I thought it would be.

Still waiting to book our Motorhomes holiday but the advice and support we have received so far has been excellant.
Different options for pick up and drop off thoroughly explained and we are notified regularly regarding special offers which is a plus.
