Awful experience was promised 48 delivery which turned to four weeks, luckily for me i found out the guys number to then be told by revvi they had no order from moto x1. Should be ashamed of yourself

REPLY: no, you stated that there was a back log, not that you hadnt even processed my order, REVVI knew nothing about my order and the only reason you was able to discuss anything with me is because i found your girlfriends phone number. Funny how you can send a text 1 hour later from a review, but it takes me to find your personal details for updates about my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Being ran my a immature lad.

I ant got my shipping day or wen it will arrive but with short staff I understand

This is not the first time i have used this Company, they have always been very helpful and i have never had any issues with the products i have purchased. Highly recommend them

Brilliant service. Ordered a bike it turned out to be out of stock. Was emailed straight away and got the whole thing sorted. Would 100% recommend

have emailed several times, used the online form several times with no response. There is no phone number on the web site and I've been to the address on the site and its not branded up and says "mono support" over the metal shutter door. Red flags unfortunately

Really poor service. Never answer your emails etc. I am still waiting for a response! I now would like a full refund for all the stress this has caused! Never again

Thankyou for the speedy delivery of the torqie 24v monkey bike. This has not been opened yet as it’s a Christmas present for my 3year old daughter who is mad about bikes. Anything two wheels lol. I’ve seen lots of videos on this bike and i am hoping for a good reaction from Her on Christmas mornimg, which I am pretty sure it will be, amazing that it comes with two speed settings and stabilisers. So it’s just going to be a case of get on and go. I will update this review once opened and used.

I brought a torqi for my son second birthday he aboustly loves it would highly recommend this product

Ordered the stomp z3 140cc originally but they emailed me saying that they hadn’t updated the website and it was out of stock. But however instead they offered to give me the new Moto x1 YX-140R 140cc at the exact same price the stomp was discounted for although I’ve had to wait till the bike gets released in early October I must say it’s definitely going to be worth the wait thanks so much mate and I will definitely buy from you again in the future

An excellent customer experience couldn’t get the bike I wanted so was offered a better model for same price couldn’t ask for a more

So last week I had ordered 140cc pitbike to Northern Ireland. Was really excited, couldn't wait to get on it. And last night I get 2 emails from them stating they Don't deliver to Ireland, yet am not part of Ireland, I live in North, and my refund. That's it! I had bought few extra things to get prepared for the bike boots, helmet etc. And then I get this. Absolutely devastated. Other review on this STATES that they Deliver to Northern Ireland, but yet couldn't deliver to me for some reason. I really don't understand what the issue here is! You think you'd want the business but 🤷🤦‍♂️
