Amazing. Bought the monkey bike for my girl for Christmas (purchased in November). Unfortunately the seat broke in May and I was unable to find the receipt however they found proof of purchase and sent a replacement seat immediately. Amazing service. Bonus that my girl loves the bike. Only issue is that I will have to get her a bigger one next.

I ordered the revii for Christmas for my 3 year old son. it came on time and was easy to put together only the handle bars to attach. my son was a little nervous at first but we easily attached stablisers from his pedal bike for extra support now he doesn't have them and enjoys riding. thankyou

Bought a new bike and it arrived a day before expected so was pleasantly surprised. Did have a little bit of an issue with the bike however the response and resolution was quick and very helpful. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

5 star review for the customer service and product recieved from MotoX1. We ordered the TORQI 250w mini bike for our 6 year old girl. We took delivery of the parcel on the expected delivery date. The bike has two speed setting ideal for the first few times my daughter went on the bike she had it on the slow setting and had the stabilisers on. She soon got the hang of it and now has it on the faster speed setting with no stabilisers. The product is great, and will deffinatley purchase from this company againg when she grows out of the mini bike.

I emailed motoX1 because I was stuck on 2 different motorbikes for my 4 year old and she explained and helped me choose the right one suitable for him. I ordered and received in just a few days. I and my son are over the moon with it, it’s a really good quality motorbike literally couldn’t of chose a better one. Was also reasonable price so very happy! ordering him a qaud to for his birthday from here. Thankyou will highly recommend! x

Fantastic customer service. I was let down at the last minute to buy this bike and came across this seller. The emails kept me up to date at all times and the bike arrived promptly as they promised. I bought a bike via their ebay shop, easy transaction, paid with paypal. Bike arrived a couple of weeks later and in time for xmas.
As an experienced motorcycle mechanic I have to say i was cautious about buying a so called “pitbike” but i have to say I cannot fault it at all. Great little bike for a child without having to spend a fortune and my daughter is absolutely delighted with it

My son bought a bike on the 29th march was out on it once it cut out have been trying to contact the company and emailing back and forward been told twice would send the parts out now on the 12th may still no parts and £850 down off my sons own birthday money. Asked for a contact number numerous times to call not had one
