Excellent selling experience

Just sold my camera and they gave me more than estimated. The money was in my account in just under a week! They also arrange shipping.
Fabulous service, would definitely use again.

Sold and even brought off MPB many…

Sold and even brought off MPB many times. Always had a fair price for what I've sold and managed to get a great deal on gear I've brought off them. Its great knowing the actual photos of the camera gear are what you are buying so you can see what condition it is in before buying. I've never brought brand new camera equipment as you can get almost new cameras and lenses at a much lower price on MPB so I highly recommend them. Paid fast for items I've sold and received items I've brought fast in the post too, usually within a couple of days :)

Sold a camera and some lenses

Sold a camera and some lenses! Very pleased with the quote. I rated the condition on all of it as Like New and the final quote maintained that condition!

My only complaint (if you could call it a complaint) was that their was an issue where my legal name on my bank account didn't match my user name on MPB. This caused a delay in payment. I had to follow up, unprompted, to get this resolved. The support team was fantastic and the issue was resolved quickly. Admittedly, this was partly on me, as I created my MPB account using a nickname. It's good that you guys delayed the payment, but there was no communication to me that there was an issue!

Overall great experience! Even with the issue I had, still a five star experience. Appreciate the added security of confirming the name.

I just sold a lens to MPB

I just sold a lens to MPB, I got a few quotes from different companies, but they beat everyone’s quote hands down. I got more than I expected too, which was a bonus. They made everything so easy to send the item and collect my money. Would I use them again, of course without a shadow of a doubt. What they quoted me without seeing the lens was what I received. So kudos to them.

I first used M.P.B IN 2017 and i haven't looked back since, i've purchased drones cameras lenses and batteries with no problems at all everything as described on the site, we had a small problem lately when the courier lost a component i was returning for refund but the staff kept me reassured and updated on the process of it's recovery...i would strongly recommend M.P.B to ANYONE.

Avoid—they disposed of my gear after…

Avoid—they disposed of my gear after promising to return it.

I had a terrible experience with MPB. Before shipping my gear, I confirmed with their team that any additional accessories not accepted for trade (10 batteries, 2 chargers, and 4 filters) would be returned to me. Instead, they disposed of my property without even checking.

Their "solution" was to offer a €50 voucher that only works if I spend another €250. It is insulting to lose personal property due to their staff's incorrect advice, only to be told the "compensation" requires me to spend more money with them.

If you value your equipment and expect a company to honor their word, go elsewhere. Total lack of accountability and predatory "goodwill" gestures.

Positive experience

Extremely good communication, items are well packaged and well valued, very good with returns. I didn’t know that you needed to pay for your return slip and they helped me out a lot. It was my first time buying used camera gear (I had only bought two kit cameras from Best Buy before) and decided I wanted to upgrade. I will only purchase from them from here on out.
