Great Team, and honest.
Its very rare I write a review, but felt this service received at Mr Clutch, deserves it!
After looking for a while for a Garage to be able to do MOT and a Top Service, I got recommended to use Mr Clutch, on "Lodge Causeway"
Was welcomed into the reception from a couple of the staff, what felt good already,
I already knew the car was possible going to fail as something wasnt right when driving it.
A couple of hours into it, this was confirmed, and I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap the repairs were going to be!
Although I couldnt collect my car until the following day, it wasnt a huge problem, as my car would be sorted :)
And so much more comfortable to drive
So a big thank you to all the staff at Mr Clutch - Fishponds Branch, for doing an excellent job, not rushed, and not charging the earth like other Garages!

Positive experience, would use them again
Online booking easy to navigate. Turned up on time for MOT, parked and left them the keys. Town centre a few minutes up the road so walked there and had a wander. Returned 45 minutes later just as they were finishing test. Found staff friendly and the whole experience hassle free. Will use them again

What’s the saying. Buy cheap buy twice!
After a visit there, I had to go elsewhere to correct their work so paid twice. Customer Service were so not bothered!

Adrian was really helpful
Adrian was really helpful, great customer service and feedback.
I used to service with Halfords but came few months ago to fix my clutch. Since then I have been using Adrian &clutch master service.
Went in today for major service, shock absorber replacement & brake fluid change. I changed from Halfords to clutch master because of the time Adrian and the team get to support you whenever you visit.
Great team over there.

Great service! Highly recommend!
Phoned up and was booked in the next day. They even checked to see if they could source the parts cheaper than the original quote. They did - and saved me quite a bit on a new clutch. Fantastic service. I highly recommend. They even do free checks on the clutch at certain mileages to check the clutch.

MOT at Mr Clutch
Easy to book urgently needed MOT. Courteous when I arrived and carried out the MOT efficiently and quickly. Also, little bit cheaper than the main Toyota dealer.
