Repair was quick and efficient. Phone was not only badly damaged but incredibly glitchy from previous dodgy repair I had. Took it to Mr Dweeb and told them what had happened and that I needed a screen replacement. He gave me a good indication of what may be going on and told me to come back in an hour. Phone is now operating like a brand new device.

Could not recommend higher.

I took my laptop to the shop at 9.30. The repairman explained they would diagnose the problem, phone me at home, explain the necessary work and give me a quotation for the cost. I received the call and I was able to collect my laptop, in perfect working order at 4 that afternoon.

Mr Dweeb Technology Repair Centre provides mixed experiences. While some repairs were handled professionally, issues like poor backup practices led to substantial data loss for some customers. Their team is friendly, but competence can vary. Fast turnaround times and fair pricing are positives, though reliability in more complex tasks like system upgrades remains questionable. Overall, a middle-ground option.

Yet again, another brilliant job by Mr Dweeb. I had a 5pm emergency as my daughter’s phone had stopped working due to extensive water damage - and she was set to go on a week-long school trip the following morning. Amazing Ali stayed later than the 5.30pm closing time to get it fixed straight away. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Fantastic service as always, thank you! Thoroughly recommend!
