Mr Dweeb did a screen replacement on my iPhone 11 Pro Max in two hours for a very reasonable £140. All good now and quality workmanship.

I brought my old HP laptop to Mr Dweeb a couple of weeks ago, after it stopped turning on and was making a lot of noise. I was told it was the motherboard that needed replacing and was given an estimate of the costs. I was also given regular updates on how the repair was going along, and the final price was within the (very fair) estimate I was given. They even replaced an additional part that wasn't planned and that I hadn't mentionned, even though I knew it wasn't in the best state, for free! I picked it up three days ago, and after three days of constant use, everything seems to be fine and working as if nothing happened.
Would also like to point out how polite and patient the employees in the shops were (I interacted with three of them). Would highly recommend!

When I visited, Mr Dweeb was able to replace my iPhone screen almost immediately. In fact it is a better fit than the previous screen. A very reliable service provided by an affable personality

I initially got repair estimate of 2 weeks and £600 from Lenovo for my laptop, but Mr. Dweebs did it under 6 hours with fifth of the Lenovo’s estimate.

Their professional work ethics is truely admirable and definitely would recommend this service to the others.

Took in a laptop after significant moisture ingress. Was told I needed a new motherboard. Fine, it did. He installed a significantly worse quality motherboard, despite promising like-for-like.

I took it back, they installed another motherboard. This kept crashing and wouldn't update to the latest OS.

I took it back, they added another motherboard. This one the sound didn't work. It was becoming clear they don't buy new motherboards ... they buy recycled old duff ones.

This one was also duff. The sound kept cutting out - something had hadn't happened with the previous motherboards. I took it back again. I was told - yeah yeah - it wasn't a motherboard issue ... it was the speakers (which have never, ever been a problem before and was charged another £80.

This whole experience has taken three months of my life and cost me nearly £600. I get texts from them telling me the motherboard warranty is now expired (even though I've not had a fully working laptop in this time) and one of the men in the shop is just basically rude.

It's been a totally horrible and useless experience. If I could give a 0 or minus experience I would.

FANTASTIC service. Laptop was fixed quickly and with great customer service from both members of staff I dealt with.

On top of this, I was given a FREE PC monitor after a conversation about how I wasn’t happy with my matte screen (as I use photoshop for digital design work). The monitor had been left by another customer who didn’t want to repair the crack down one side of the screen, but we agreed I could still use it to my benefit. THANKS AGAIN MR DWEEB, you made my day!

Before that, my laptop went dead suddenly.After i went to several shops around london , I found Mr Dweeb. They can tell me the specific problems of my gaming laptop and they fix the motherboard within a short period. Overall, price is competitive but their service are really nice and patient. I brought my poor MacBook Air in when it was practically on life support, and Dr Dweeb brought it back to life! They were not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly patient trying to get to the root of the issue. And they did, which saved me a lot of money of not having to purchase a replacement. If your tech is in trouble, I can’t recommend them enough!

Computer seemed completely dead. They were confident they could fix it, kept me informed all the way through about what they thought the issue was and what my options were, and they did fix it. Also really nice people to interact with.

Lovely people and the service was fast and professional. My Mac's lid had stopped closing and he replaced both the lid/screen and the back piece for a reasonable price. It feels like a new computer, absolutely worth doing! Will def go again.
