Found them online
Found them online - had the product I wanted. I phoned to place the order so it could be despatched the same day. I spoke to someone who declined to take the order on the phone. I explained I needed it ASAP, he told me to order online and as it was well before 3pm it would go out that day. He confirmed it was in stock so i asked him to look out for my order, he assured me he would. Well despite all of the above, they failed to get my order out that day, but still took £21.00 for delivery for a part that cost less. Oh it was scratched when delivered. My honest experience, it up to you!

Sorry to hear you experience wasn’t as you expected John. Unfortunately we cannot take national orders via a phone call without an email confirming the products you require and full delivery address. You order was received at 1.37pm so there should have been no reason we could not get this dispatched to you same day for next day delivery. I have spoken to the team regarding this. They should have asked you to call us once the order was placed to ensure it was sent the same day so can only apologise they did not give you this information. On orders placed close to our delivery cut off time it is not always easy for us to process and pack orders in a short timeframe when there are other orders also being processed. Regarding delivery costs, the length of the item you purchased was 2.5 metres which means it is over the length most couriers will deliver meaning the cost of delivery can sometimes be more than expected for a low value item. We have not had any correspondence with you regarding the item being scratched, any item delivered that is damaged in transit would be replaced if we are made aware of the issue. Again, we'd like to apologise for the problem you had and missing the same day dispatch which you rightly expected. Thank you for your honest review and, as mentioned above, we have spoken to the team so the issue with same day dispatch confirmation should not happen again for you or any other customer. Thanks again for your valuable feedback.

Not had chance to use the plastics we ordered yet, but opening plastic wrapping look to be of good quality. But if the plastic is of a similar quality of the ordering and the delivery, I'm sure it will be good.
The ordering was easy enough and the delivery was ahead of time.
