Hi Doug. You placed your order at 3.40pm, it was dispatched to you and we sent you a dispatched confirmation email at 9.19am the following morning (less than the 24 hours we state on our website) . Later that afternoon you emailed us asking where the order was and to cancel it if it had not been sent. We replied to your email 45 minutes later letting you know that it had already been dispatched. We are disappointed to have received 2 stars from you as we feel we did everything possible to fulfill your order and reply to your email in a timely manner. Thanks.
