Mike and the whole team at Michael Usher were excellent to deal with. Right from the start they were professional and all the way through the sale of our property they kept us informed of how things were going.

I can highly recommend Mike and his team if you are thinking of selling your property, you will not be disappointed with their service , they are a real pleasure to deal with . A HUGE thank you to the whole team.

It was easy to go through the process of entering the let and lease as well as exiting.
The staff at Michael Usher are very seasoned in the real estate field with an extensive network to facilite the entire process from asset management, maintenance, cleaning etc.
They are also very polite and professional ensuring the best interest of both tenant and landlord are catered for in a fair manner as well respecting the tenants in any property under their care.
It was a pleasure working with them and highly recommend the use of their services be it buying or letting.

This company is simply the best when seeking a professional representative to let a property. The lettings business is thoroughly covered by Paul and his team and they have provided a managed service on my behalf for 4 years while I was living overseas and in the UK. Nothing was too much trouble and they offered assistance beyond the scope of the contract when I couldn't attend the property myself. Competent, willing, and ahead of the game...

Mike and the team guided us through the whole process of selling my late father's house. We were regularly updated on progress and any queries were dealt with in a timely manner. Mike was brilliant! I cannot recommend enough. In theory this was a straightforward sale ( probate). However Mike’s calm experienced manner made sure the sale continued with a buyer who required a lot of navigation.Sometimes estate agents back off once the property is under offer but Mike saw things through to the end and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Mike’s experience shines through and it was a pleasure to work with him and the wider team

I can highly recommend Mike Lloyd and the team at MU sales and Lettings. We were selling my late mother's property so it was not an easy situation but he got us 6 offers on the first day of viewing at full asking price and more. He did his utmost to keep us updated on the progress from our buyer's side even though he was dealing with an extremely unco-operative solicitor. He understood our situation and treated us with respect and sympathy. You'll be in good hands.

From the very first conversation Paul at Ushers was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the different options and gave me a clear idea of the costs etc. I instructed him to let out my property and had a tenant very quickly. Ushers continually checked my property was being looked after and rent was always sent to me on time. I chose the managed option which gave me peace of mind that any problems were dealt with quickly. Avoid this Agent at all costs!!!
This agent carried out direct discrimination against me and my partner for having a child on the way!
After passing all referencing and credit checks, this agent allowed their client (the landlord) to turn away our application on the premises that we were having a baby and would be earning less money - even though our earnings still surpassed the criteria required to be able to afford the property.
No wonder everyone hates estate agents.
