Michael Usher is very professional and well organised company. They kept us well informed and aware throughout the long process of out house purchase. They dealt instantly with any issues arise. Mike Lloyd is very responsive and knowledgeable. He was the main link between both solicitors and helped very much in the communications between solicitors. MU Sales & Lettings have been managing my property for over 3 years and I wouldn’t use anyone else. They are great at communicating any issues and always there to offer advice depending on the situation. Paul and his team offer a fantastic service and thank them for their support.

For years we used a large company as our agent for our house rental and experienced really poor service. We changed to MU and it was like night and day. Service is outstanding and communication is great. They are very responsive to us and our tenants.
Much more of a personal touch than we had seen with the previous agent and their prices are reasonable as well.

From the first time we met Mike Lloyd of Michael Usher Estate Agents (Frimley), we knew that we were dealing with a professional, well organised and efficient company.
Mike himself and all his team were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and kept us well informed of everything throughout our rather long and turbulent sale.
We can honestly say that however stressful moving house was - it certainly helped having a good supportive agent behind us.

We first approached Mike, at MU Property to ask him to carry out a free valuation of our property. We appreciated his knowledge of the local market, his honesty and his professional & friendly approach so when it came to putting our house on the market we chose MU Property as the sole agent. We ended up both selling and purchasing through MU Property as our new home was on their books too. The sale and purchase proceeded quickly and whilst there were, as with any sale, bumps along the way Mike and his team were always on hand to help us navigate these with kindness and good humour. Being able to use their sister company for mortgage advice made the process simpler still and reduced the number of people we needed to loop into conversations. Overall the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home could not have been much smoother and we wouldn't hesitate to use MU Property again in the future.

We bought our current property through Michael Usher and wish we had used them to sell our previous property. Having encountered many problems and unforeseen delays with our sale Michael Lloyd was always on hand for advice and help in managing the subsequent delay with our purchase. We would definitely go back to MU should we ever wish to move again.

Even through the additional Lockdown (COVID-19) measures, Mike and the team were in contact with us and helped to ensure all our queries were sorted efficiently. He was able to secure us a deal in the first week, but sadly due to have to deal with lack of character buyers, we were left down. But Mike arranged a new viewing straight after, and with a first viewing we have received same offer and we are now happy moved to a new place.

I believe that thruogh this experience I was able to meet nice people, people I would like to keep in contact.
