Great Service - big shout out to Clare who updated the address on my delivery after I put in the wrong one

Buying it for my grandson I'd never heard of it. When it arrived I was blown away by the beautiful wood turned handle and I knew that he would have a great time lighting a fire with this great item. A really great item any child would love to have to take to camp and share the fun with others.

Great equipment at reasonable price and arrived the next day! Very impressed will be my go-to for Forest School equipment 🙂

Muddy Faces has an easy website to order from and with some really useful information. My daughter has just started training to be a forest school leader so I wanted to get her something to start her tool collection off. There was a big choice of tools etc. so I had great options, it came within a few days in eco friendly packaging. Thank you!

I have purchased forest school resources for a number of years. I’ve set up forest school from scratch in 3 different schools and the resources are always high quality, good value for money and I’ve never had to replace anything. I’d highly recommend Muddy Faces to any school or setting who need forest school resources. There is an excellent range and variety to choose from with some fab starter kits too!

I ordered a waterproof rainy day set and paid for next day delivery. After a 2 week wait during which I called the company twice and emailed I was eventually told it wasn't available. The company made no effort to contact me regarding my order at any time, and when I complained and requested a refund, no apology for poor service was forthcoming. I found the exact same product online for almost £10 cheaper elsewhere.

The item ordered arrived quickly and safely.

After several emails and telephone conversation to request a certificate for a fire proof camo net purchased nothing ever materialised even though told it would be with me or someone would call, shocking service.

The team at Muddy Faces always go over and above for their customers and they are our ‘go to’ for our forest school resources. Liz was incredibly helpful when we’ve needed advice on handwashing systems. They are always quick to respond and open to feedback and suggestions; developing and adapting products all the time. the trainer who came out spent the whole afternoon with us and made sure all the staff had experience with fires and helped our confidence hugely working outdoors with the children especially where risk is involved for example with fire.
