I wanted something special for a very good friend of mine, I placed a poem ands a photo on the mug which meant a lot to us both and would remind my friend that when times are hard she would always havem me by her side.

Due to the low price of the personalised mugs, I was a little worried when I placed my order. But there was no need to worry as the quality of the mugs, speed of service and acuracy of the image I had placed were excellent. So good that I have gone back and ordered more mugs.

I bought two mugs with my photos on one side and text on the other.. even though my photos werent the best they have turned out great. I would recommend this to anyone, good service well packaged

Great choice of different mug styles at very reasonable prices ! The colour on my mug is vibrant and the finish is glossy smooth. I found the design tool is very easy to use and spent ages playing with it just for fun (sad I know :)). And, it gave a very clear idea of where my photograph would be positioned on the finished product.

My mug arrived within the estimated delivery time in great condition. It was well packaged in bubble wrap, a white gift box, and strong cardboard to protect it against any rough handling it might encounter on its' journey with Royal Mail.

Something to consider perhaps: The red elements in my design came out quite intense. Next time I might de-saturate the red elements of my design before uploading it. But that is an issue with my design ...

I could easily develop a mania for Muglamania :)

This site is awesome! The design system is easy to use and the gives you complete control. Ive just received the mug i ordered and its spot on. The mug is of good quality and the design is clear. I will be using their service again.

My friend received her mug with the handle smashed however, after a couple of e-- mails a replacement was soon delivered without a fuss in one peice. The price and service is outstanding !

I ordered a photo mug as a gift for someone for Christmas. It arrived in good time and at the time I ordered it I felt the price was reasonable. However the handle of the mug which should be plain white seems to have orange/brown ink over it aswell as it feeling rough as if there is no gloss on that part of the mug. There was also onther marks the same colour all over the mug which I been able to scratch off but the mark on the handle is clearly there to stay, it is a large mark and ruins the mug. Unfortunatly the mark means I can't give the mug as a gift and have wasted my money, in high ensight should have paid a little extra and got the item I hoped for. Now I will have to order the same item with another company.

Very happy with the mugs and the photos that I wished to be transfered to them. I spoke to someone on the phone prior to, designing the lay-out and that made me confident to go ahead and order. Very quick,very happy.
