I wanted 2 personalised mugs and everywhere else I looked they had to be set in a specific template, I absolutely loved that with muglamania I could design the mug exactly how I wanted it. They were value for money and came really quickly an most of all I absolutely love them. Thank you x

Muglamania were great! it was really easy to upload my photos, & I'm not very tecchy. then, when i wanted to change my order, they were so helpful. They always replied quickly to my many emails, so I had every confidence in the end result. They didn't let me down. The mugs & coasters were fabulous.

Cannot praise them enough, so helpful and patient when helping to get a design just as you want it, fast response to emails, super fast service and very efficient. Add extremely reasonable prices and a great product and really a 5 star rating isn't enough! Have dealt with them twice now and would never deal with anyone else for mugs again, 200% satisfied with the product and the service.

Left my order a liitle late, got messed around with various sites trying to find what was required but found Muglamania site easy to use. Deliverery was fantastic arrived a few days before required. Can't praise them enough, will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Unacceptable to take payment and not send the products from the warehouse for 13 days - and only send them after we had contacted them to ask where the mugs were. Then 2 days to delivery meant we waited over a fortnight. Mugs were Dunoon and just as we expected.

Mugs I wanted to order were not in stock. I was offered a full refund but with so many other lovely mugs to choose from it was no problem to find alternatives. I was kept informed at all stages and the mugs arrived safey and very quickly. Will definitely use Mgulamania again!
