Super delivery and Super mugs

I have placed two orders both arrived quickly i was informed every step of the way.My mugs arrived well packed.

I wanted a specific style, make and pattern of mug. Muglamania ticked every box and at a price cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. My concern was will I receive a box of broken china, even 'Royal' Mail could not cause any damage to the items. Very well packaged. One very happy customer. I will use them again.

The mugs I wanted were listed as out of stock, but Maggie got back to me immediately, found stock, and had the mugs delivered in Australia in 7 days. Impressive!

Jersey Pottery have closed their doors for business and most of the old stock has now been sold off. We recently smashed one of a collection of cups bought from them and desperately but in vain searched for a replacement. During one of the internet searches on the common rialto type sales sites I came across a link to Muglamania's website and after very little effort found exactly what I was looking for. We were amazed that these cups still existed and would recommend anyone to try this company for any lost or broken items.

When my mug failed to materialise I phoned to enquire what had happened to it. The person who answered my call took details and phoned back within half an hour to report my mug had been returned to them and not delivered to me. They sent it out again, (with some treats) and it arrived the next working day. I'd definitely recommend this company for their service - and great choice of mugs.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Maggie; one of the items I ordered was out of stock and discontinued, but she still managed to obtain it for me by contacting the manufacturer. I have not had that kind of service at too many other merchants, none that I can think of in North America.

Cups good quality and well packaged

mug quality was fine (photo on mug looked much lighter than the actual photo) but it still made a nice gift (bone china mug was of a good quality) - however the 50p gift box I ordered was not received
