Easy to order, good price, delivered efficiently, pleased with the product.

Saw a TV on Multizoneav website and decided to pick it from their Home Cinema store @ 58-60 East Walk, East Gate Shopping Centre, Basildon Essex, SS14 1HE. No problem with the purchase they were very friendly to take my money in Store.

Problem started after 10 days of purchase. TV was emitting a humming noise from the back of the TV while in stand by mode. Didn't want to use the TV any more in case it gets worse. So I thought because the TV is only 10 days old I would have no problem of getting a replacement or refund.

How wrong was I, When I went to their store where I paid for the TV they decided to check the fault and TV was not making any noise so I asked them to keep the TV overnight and check it properly for me, Store Manager refused saying he is not insured to keep the TV in the store then he wanted £80 for the Sony to check the TV again this is 10 days old TV and I refused.

And it got worse then the store manager said because I saw this TV on multizoneav.com it has nothing to do with the HomeCinema Store, which was another lie, it clearly says on their website multizoneav.com is a division of Home Cinema store and I paid for the TV in store not online. Again they never mentioned anything when they took my payment IN STORE when I bought the TV.

So when I asked for the multizoneav.com office address they refused to give it to me. Then they wanted me to write them an email with what the problem is I found that insulting why they can't listen to me while I am standing in front of them in their store where I paid for the TV.

Store has a don't care not bothered attitude, will never purchase or recommend them to any one.

Now I am stuck with 10 day old faulty TV

By the way multizoneav.com, Home cinema store and HCS direct have same store address. Check it your self online.

I phoned the company to discuss my plan to upgrade my TV and audio system. The customer service I received was first class, giving me plenty of options but listening to my needs and budget to give honest and clear advice. I ordered the equipment which arrived on the day stated. One item was damaged but this was the fault of the courier service. I needed some technical help when setting up and I was very pleased with the intelligent and patient responses to my questions. I shall definitely make this company my first port of call for future purchases!

My order was tracked from beginning to end, I even received a telephone call on the day to advise of my delivery status.

Found site on Pricerunner for the TV I'd decided on. Easy to navigate website - although a bit more info on products would be better - and purchased easily enough through Paypal. Got a call to say all was ok with order and asking if I needed anything else which was a nice touch in this technological age! Product arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I got my TV within one day. Very much satisfied.

Ordered a TV and paid the extra £10 so i could choose a delivery day (as i was only in 1 day the following week) - Got a nice call from a customer service agent to confirm the order and confirm it would be delivered on that day no problem - so far so good (or so i thought)

To my surprise the next day i got a call to say they had "missed the slot for courier collection for that day!!" (i ordered at 7am and even received a call that day to say it was being sent, so how could that be??) They said it would not be delivered on the day i organised but the next day (no good for me as i wouldnt be in) - So i cancelled the order.

They said i would be refunded and would take a couple of days for the refund to come through - after 3 days no refund....i called and was fobbed off saying it was 'processing' and there was nothing they could do...even though i knew the refund hadnt been actioned as id paid by Paypal and Paypal refunds are immediate. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and leave it a couple of days.

After 5 days still no refund - was again told it was 'in progress' (but having spoken to paypal i knew this to be untrue) - I ended up having to open a Paypal Dispute just to get my money back.

If you dont mind being let down with delivery days and service - and dont mind having to chase and chase to no avail when things dont go to plan, then you wont mind using MultizoneAV - but in my experience, youre better off going into Currys or Comet and picking the TV up there and then to avoid a boat load of hassle.

Looking to buy a Samsung 46D6100 TV, MultizoneAV seemed to offer a good deal.
Hadn't heard of them before so I did a quick check on the company's reputation and noted a reviewer on this site said that buying online cost him £50 more.
I phoned the company to see if I could get £50 knocked off, no luck of course but no harm trying.
While I was on, the salesman (Mohi) did a fine job upselling me to a 46D6530 which I checked out and then ordered a while later off the website.
I was half expecting delays as it's the week before xmas but it arrived with no problem on the day I had chosen.
I'm gobsmacked with this telly and really pleased to have been upsold to the higher model.
The 2D to 3D conversion is amazing, only trouble is my teenage lads have discovered it works with all their xbox games so now I can hardly get to watch the damn thing because they are so busy shooting all their mates in 3D on COD MW2...
