I ordered a Panasonic HX-DC1 camcorder on Sunday evening which was delivered securely packaged by the following Wednesday.
My order was handled professionally and Multizone's administration kept me informed of order processing and dispatch date, together with tracking number.
Their price was very competitive in comparison with other on-line competitors, and their technical description was far more informative than on other Internet sites. I will have no hesitation using this company again and recommending them elsewhere, when ever the opportunity arises.

I recently bought a television from Multizone AV. I chose Multizone because they had the exact model I wanted in stock (very few retailers did), and offered Saturday shipping.

The entire process was very smooth from ordering online to final delivery. The company both phoning and emailing me to confirm delivery date, which as promised was on a Saturday.

Very happy with the efficiency of the company, and I will certainly consider buying from them again.

I spent a lot of time choosing the camera required. Price was very good.
Went to checkout. The postage was reasonable. Got a total order value.
All fine so far. THEN, the payment options were mainly via various very obscure prepaid cards. Another option was to print off a page with a barcode, and take it to a local convenience store for payment! I do not have a printer on my laptop, so this option is out.
There was no option to pay by Visa debit/credit or Paypal, my usual methods. Why is this?
My initial response would be that Multizone want to avoid the in-built consumer protection policies that Visa and Paypal offer. Also, making customers subscribe to a new Prepaid card account, would presumably give Multizone a 'backhander' for new introductions.
What you see on the tin is not what you get inside.
If you were in a supermarket, the displayed price is fine. Try to pay for it, and the 'check-out' girl does everything she can to make it impossible for you.
I have sent an email to Multizone, and await their comments.

Firstly, I must thank Multizoneav uk for their quick response to my comments, and apologise to them for any inconvenience caused.
The other (offshore) Multizoneav company mentioned is using the same name, presumably to benefit from the good reputation already built up by our UK based company. Why else would they use the same name?
A word of warning to anyone like myself, who uses the internet to compare prices.
Having decided on the camera to buy, I searched the internet.
I came up with a Google price comparison page, listing 22 retailers.
One of these retailers was offering the camera £80 below anyone else.
This retailer was featured as Multizoneav, with a link to their website.
Following this link took me to a very well presented website offering many tech-style items, at very cheap prices.
It was only when I went to checkout that I smelt a rat. The payment options were suspect, as mentioned previously.
On this website, it is mentioned that they do not entertain telephone enquiries, only ones by e-mail.
I sent an e-mail to them, asking why I could not pay by Visa or Paypal.
Guess what, my e-mail 'bounced'.
Also, as this company is 'offshore tax-free', any purchasers could be liable to pay UK import duties. This is not mentioned on the website at all. I have had previous experiences of this, when buying items from Hong Kong.
To sum up, if an offer appears too good to be true, it probably is just that.
I do hope that my comments will help others.

I purchased a 26inch new model Sony TV and am delighted with the service provided. A competitor had taken my order and then cancelled the order without explanation.Multizone delivered by expedited delivery the day after the order was placed. Well done, excellent sevice.

Delivery took more than a week from ordering, and the first delvery date given was incorrect. The second delivery was on the day they said, although the email they sent included the incomprehensible warning "***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SIGNED AS GOODS UNCHECKED PRIOR DELIVERY. " I felt that having to wait in two full days was rather unsatisfactory.

The product (a Sony multi-region system) worked straight out of the box and was good value. If only their admin was as good as the products they sell.

Ordered a blu ray dvd and surround sound. Competitively priced and simple to order, they arranged delivery on a day to suit my arrangements. Would definitely recommend.

I spent time legging round well known retail outlets for my Samsung 'Smart TV' Did research on various websites and came across Multizone. Not only did I get a huge reduction on the RRP the shopping experience was easy and the service exceptional. I even got a call back from a helpful assistant verifying my purchase and delivery requirements. Excellent all round service and speedy delivery to boot. Well done!

Great price but got a call from Customer Service rep after purchase. She was very ackward when I told her I didn't have a landline number and was ackward< when I asked about possible delivery times as I was given a 3-4 day window re when it would turn up but of course I had to be in to take delivery (and had to be signed by me not a neighbour) - most people cannot arrange to be hanging around the house for 3-4 days on the off chance of a delivery (but some can often arrange to work from home if they know what day they need to ask for)! As it happens once it is despatched you can track it giving a good idea of when it will turn up but I think the rep would rather have been ackward than bother to explain this. She single handedly has put me off using them again but if they were significantly cheaper I guess I would.

Product was as stated and arrived promptly.
