Competitive price on my Sony BluRay and integrated surround sound, but it arrived without the correct Multiregion modification having been installed. The staff were eventually helpful after I persuaded them that something was wrong, but their initial assumption was that it must be a problem of my doing because "their recorded showed that the multiregion modification had been done" and so they wanted to charge me for postage. It was a hassle having to disconnect the player, repackage it and send it back but eventually MultiZone did it at their expense. The turnaround was fast and everything's now fine. Having said that there was no apology or follow-up and no gesture offered for having to put me through such a lot of trouble.

Helpful and informative website and quick response to email enquiries. Friendly sales staff promised delivery on a set day and for £5 it happened as promised. The Panasonic bluray player itself was great value and the cheapest on the 'net. Multiregional on delivery for just £14 more - well worth it as only £5 more than buying the device to hack it and doing it myself. Cannot fault the service - and I am very fussy!!

I bought a wifi dongle, which no one else could supply at the time. I ordered online & got instant email confirmation. I contacted the salesman, Hal, to verify i'd ordered the right thing & he was most helpful with verbal instructions on how to install it on my tv (which is often easier than trying to decipher written instructions!) He also gave me a delivery day, which was spot on. Great service all round.

As a regular purchaser over the web this is the first review I have written. This is because the service really was outstanding. The tele-salesman was extremely helpful and patient with my multiple questions and the bulky and fragile equipment was delivered within two working days at a time when the country was in snow induced chaos and delivery companies had huge backlogs. By the way, the system supplied is first class but I expected that. The level of service was exceptional and rare.

My Yamaha amp was delivered very promptly but not the colour I ordered. However they realised they had sent the wrong one & contacted me immediately. I was unavailable the next day so the correct amp was delivered & the other taken away the following morning, thanks to City-Link. I notice they still charged me for "Next Day Delivery"!

The Samsung 3D TV and BluRay player pack complete with the complete Shrek set in 3D arrived the following day exactly as promised, everything working perfectly, easy to setup and if I was going to buy anything in the future I would have no hesitation in looking at MultizoneAV to see what offers they are doing.

Ordered on line over Christmas/new year period, Emails were responded to and then tracking advice given, had problem with going back between heathrow and Gatwick, emailed multizoneav, and problem sorted, delivered next day.

good price but added on £50 for buying on line not happy with that and not mentioned till I bought it
