I bought this as a replacement for an item I bought while in Venice 13.5 years ago, which has recently got broken in an accident. I knew from the description that it would be smaller, but it turned out to be inferior in many ways. One of the differences was that a part made from a single piece of glass in my original, was made from two separate pieces of glass glued together in the new item and, in spite of being extremely well packaged, the glue between the two parts had failed in transit.
I was extremely disappointed with the purchase, which is vastly inferior to my original one. However, unprompted by me, MuranoNet have now given me a full refund for the purchase and I will try to salvage something by either repairing the new one, repairing the old one, or by combining the best from each.

Everything was good, postage, turnaround time. I was very disappointed in the colour of the bookmark, it was very dull and not as it was shown in the picture. I had lost a bookmark like the one in the picture and was trying to replace it.

After contact with Murano they have explained that as their jewellery is hand made, there will always be differences, The company has kindly offered to replace the one sent to me. I cannot speak highly enough of their products or customer service.

I saw my beheaded red devil one late night in Venice and I had to have it. We could never locate the store again but MuranoNet had it. It came safely packed and faster than the other Murano glass we ordered while in Murano

The cherries are a wonderful colour and weight and are even more luscious than the photos suggest. Very happy :)

aquamarine murano owl arrived surprisingly quickly, and undamaged. (don't know exact dates -- late aug., early sept.)
I really like it, but internet pic was more beautiful. Owl seems slightly skinnier and maybe a bit tilted. Maybe it's just your photographer is too good.
