Cannot judge yet.You have used UPS as a courier and I have had one delivery not turn up, problems with paying duty ( Brexits fault not yours and I voted to remain ) Rescheduled for Monday so we will see then But how can I decide when I have no goods to deliberate on.

The vase is beautiful. Ordering was easy, and tracking the shipment was prompt in spite of its coming from so far away. (I have one minor complaint, not important enough to subtract a star: The first notice I received, presumably about shipping, was in Italian, without a translation. I have always wanted to learn Italian, but so far I haven’t progressed beyond ordering from a menu. Fortunately, later notices were in English.)

From the initial purchase to receiving the ring the seller was in contact with me and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a gift for my daughter who had her venetian ring broken and I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to come to a store in person but this was the next best thing. Truly a wonderful buying experience. The ring is amazing. Will definitely purchase from here again. Hopefully, in person next time.

Beware if you are buying from this company and live in the UK as I was given a invoice from the delivery company for an “import tax” of over £50. According to the seller there was nothing he could do. I would disagree. He could have refunded me the value of the import tax. He could have made it clear on his web site there would be an import tax for purchasers from the UK. He chose to do neither so I feel others who may be considering a purchase from this company in the UK need to be made aware before it happens to anyone else.

I was disappointed to receive 2 identical stoppers as I was expecting 2 different items
