Excellent Product and Excellent Aftersales. I've been suffering from severe Arthritis for about 5 years now (at east that's the diagnosis). After the first use the pain just disappeared, it was temporary but I feel like if I use it daily the effects will probably last longer. It really is a fantastic product and even the aftersales is excellent as my original has a small problem with holding in place, Isabelle from customer support was quick and efficient rectifying this for me and I now have a replacement.
