I visited the Trafford centre store today and was served by Effi and the service I received was Absloutely amazing. These people go above and beyond to look after the customers. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

I bought this gun from there stall in Trafford centre and initially I thought these guns are a gimmick however I decided to give it a go and WOW this gun was truly amazing, my back felt so loose and relaxed after only 1 minute of use. The thing that stood out to me the most was their customer service. The young man who served me was called Awais and he was a star, he was very patient and polite and answered all my questions perfectly, he showed me there different massage guns, demonstrated how to properly and safely use each and every attachment and he help me set up my lifetime warranty. I asked him whether or not I could use this gun for my sciatica problems and he explained to me in detail how the gun helps with the pain. Will honestly recommend this to anyone as the massage gun is off high quality and there staff just like this young man are so polite and will help you with anything you need

For the last 7 years I have had problems with my toes, in particular the big toes. The ones that went to market. The problem has been, according to my Doctor, arthritis. The cure, according to my Doctor, has been to take ibuprofen every day, up to 3 times a day when the pain has been really bad. Even with those synthesised drugs I have walked with a limp. Sometimes a slight limp, sometimes a pronounced limp, but its always there. My wife will try to manipulate the toes to "loosen them up" which is extremely painful, mostly ending with me being close to tears.
Yesterday I was at a lifestyle show and saw the Muscleflo stand. I tried one of their gadgets on the ball of my foot, right under the first joint of the big toe. That's where its most painful.
I had to be careful as the vibrations are initially quite painful but as I moved it around it got easier. Much, much easier. Yes, I had to work through the pain but dear Lord, I could move my big toes all by myself. I could tread on tip-toes and not wince in pain.
I bought the Muscleflo.
When I got home I charged it up and gave my toe joints another "treatment". I did it again this morning. Today I have taken one ibuprofen tablet, I have been walking without a limp all day. I coukd take my shoes off at the end of the day without being cautious.
At the moment, I cannot recommend this machine highly enough. Simplexas tgat.

Do not buy the Muscleflow gun from the Trafford Centre, its a rip off, I bought mine for £250 with a life time guarantee, the gun has stopped working and you cannot contact them at the address given, do not buy the machine from the Trafford Centre.

I can’t rate the customer service at the Trafford Centre highly enough. My daughter bought one and it developed a fault. The gentleman at the stand replaced it promptly with no hassle. The massage gun itself is fantastic and I would highly recommend. I’m a sports masseur and for a self massage gun, this really does the job. Thank you Muscleflo.

Bought a massage gun from muscleflo, in 2022, the gun developed a problem and I got in touch with the company following the checks and they replaced it swiftly.

Bought Mini Flo in Trafford Centre, Would absolutely recommend this product. Followed the instructions and after the first use noticed a huge difference.

Stand at Trafford centre is a different company registered with a different name and one on the website is registered to different address with different company name. They are fraud. They scam people. This company just registered themselves in October 2022z don’t get yourself trapped. They cannot do refunds and you will not get any response from them.
